Great bag
Great bag. It looks timeless
I like the products.
Non delivery of item
I ordered a 'tomtoc 360° Protective Tablet Sleeve for 11-inch iPad Pro' but yet to receive my order through Amazon. Using your 'contact us' webpage just puts me through to an Amazon help email - their response is 'tough luck' I should have contacted them earlier as the order was placed over 90 days ago they cannot help me. Hoping direct communications with tomtoc.com will solve the situation
Tomtoc Custom Sling
I enjoyed the experience of creating my own custom sling and I expected it to take a while to ship, it came pretty fast. It took a little over 2 weeks which is fast considering the product had to be custom made. If any issues come up, they are sure to help!

I’ve tried emailing, calling and filling out their website form to make a change but no response or contact. Bad customer service.

I had a two piece order that was only half fulfilled on arrival. The support team was responsive, polite, and thorough when it came to making sure the other product I ordered was sent my way as soon as possible.
