This company is a COMPLETE scam, please do not use them. My senior mother in law thought she was clicking American Airlines and clicked on them instead and called their phone number. They’ve charged her $450 to change a flight at time of cancellation then a $420 fee when I called for her to rebook. They guy told me he was waiving the fee, then got really mean and told me to click on an approval email in a rush that included the $420 fee. I called back to complain, and the next day I received an obscene phone call to my personal cell. They also completely overcharge for tickets in the first place. Just please trust me and look elsewhere. I am going to be reporting them to the BBB

Avoid these people at all cost. why? I spoke with two reps they say two completly different things, I booked a flight and called them to cancel in 30 mins one said i will charge you 50 dollar, one of them were rude. Over all, 0/5.

Travelopick Reputable not a scam
Travelopick is not a scam. Ella was so helpful! I had an issue with a ticket, they accepted responsibility. Payment has just been slow in process. Jordan and Mason were also helpful. I wrote poor reviews in an attempt to get help. And i truly believe that the payment is in process. Im leaving the country so i didnt want to deal with this again. I was being a noisy squeaky wheel.

Using pressure and threats to obtain more money
After my booking was confirmed, I was called back to change flights because the initial flight was full. After changing my return trip and confirming this, I was called again to change my outgoing trip. They wanted me to pay over $150 extra even though the new booking was inconvenient for me and it did not allow carry ons on the plane without extra pay. I even think they lied about the flight being full since ultimately, the return flight was the same as the one I originally wanted.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST IT. I have recently ordered a plane ticket for international flights, but never received an E-ticket. After calling them for 20 minutes, they told me to wait another 30 minutes for the E-ticket to arrive. However after waiting for more than 2 hours, still nothing. I tried to cancel and ask for a full refund, they won’t allow it. Since I didn’t purchase their plan for the full refund, but they never mentioned that when I was going to purchase the ticket. On the official airlines website the ticket only needed 2200, but they said it would cost 2500. With non-refundable taxes. However I was never acknowledged of that.
