Canceled our flight 2 weeks before…

Canceled our flight 2 weeks before leaving. Stated that American airlines flight had canceled even the one they switched us too. Called American Airlines and they said that flight was not canceled. That Travelopick canceled all flights except the girst one leaving in morning. But put the reasoning for canceled is that we were a no show even though the date hasn't arrived. Seems to me they want us to think all canceled but leave the first flight open so if we don't show they can say we didn't and don't have to refund us the full amount. Shady.

Buyer Beware of Terms

Well in advance, I decided to buy a vehicle while on my trip and drive it home. So I called Travelopick and asked if I would get any refund at all, since I would not be using my return flight? Of course the answer was no, no voucher, no certificate nothing at all was offered for the unused portion of my flight and again this was in advance well in advance. So, I will not be using them again.

I booked a trip to Seatle for May…

I booked a trip to Seatle for May 10,2025 and return to Columbus, Ohio on May 18,2025I received a text message wanting me to contact them because I was unverified any my flight no longer exists. I called and they told me that my fight was active. I called Alaska airlines, and they had no booking in my name. I booked with Alaska Airlines at this time to assure I had assigned booking. I called travelopick at this time and informed them that the airlines had no bookings for me. they continued to tell me my flight is correct. Told them that i wanted a refund, and they refused Alaska airlines stated that they have a lot of problems with travelopick. The agent at Alaska air stated that when people pay for their flight that they will use their credit card to book the flight. They told me that they blocked one credit card, but they are using a different card. Travel pick is a total scam. They refused me a refund of $1100.00. Travelopick is a total scam I will deal directly with the airlines in the future.

I almost turned into a Karen

I almost turned into a Karen. But thank goodness for Denzel who helped me thru the process...here is why ...travelopick is a 3rd party site that sells cheap tix. I bought tix to honolulu and the day of my departure ..my booking pass couldn't be found delta said I was in therr system but I had no seat and the flight was booked I was upset so I called customer service and Denzel helped, not only solve my issue but was compassionate and knowledgeable and quickly got me on the next flight out..he made it so easy ...I'd add more details but story is to long..Just know that at the end I was happy that Denzel was my friendly knowledge agent helping me
