The first 3 months were fine. The last shipment of medication has seemed completely different. I am gaining weight and most importantly the inflammation that has been under control with the lowest possible dose has came back and my dose is higher. I don’t think there is actually trizepitide in the latest medication I received and I paid for 3 months of it! I would not trust this company

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my plan one week before renewal. Two days later my account was charged for the upcoming shipment (over $600) I requested be cancelled. It took several days for the cancellation to be reflected yet they managed to stop shipment of product. This was in late June/early July. It is now August and I have still not received a refund. I have spoken to a human once after calling numerous times and waiting on hold for over 39 minutes. I have sent messages through the portal. I have talked to a Bot. I keep getting the same reply: your request has been escalated, it depends on your bank blah blah blah. I am notifying the BBB and FTC. I will continue to update this review.

I cancelled my order BEFORE it shipped and they conveniently didn't "officially" cancel it until July 3rd. I was told I would receive a partial refund and it been over a month and still nothing!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I plan on taking legal action. They won't even allow me to cancel my card on the portal and their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Several phone calls, emails and messages and I have received one call back saying they would send a partial refund but I still haven't received it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
Paid for a prescription
Paid for a prescription, 2 weeks later still hadn’t received it. I called and waited on hold for a half hour. The rep I spoke with said they would get it expedited and I would get a confirm. 2 days later, no confirm so I called again. I selected the option to be called back once I was at the top of the line but I never got a call. Called again the next day. Did the same thing. Again, no call back. I called again and waited on hold. Was told that it had to be sent to a pharmacy that fills in MN. I asked to cancel and be refunded. They said they couldn’t cancel it. I asked to speak to a manager they said they are in a meeting. Lol. Will cancel after I get the script and never use them again.

The product showed too hot to touch. It even made the cold pack explode inside of it. No refunds whatsoever. They take your money and that's it. I have a product that is no good now and it cost me over $400

They keep asking me to pay for something I already paid for. In my original order, I paid for a 6 month supply and was only sent a 3 month supply. Now they’re asking me to pay again to receive the remaining 3 month supply which I already paid for!!!! Absofreakinlutely Frustrating!

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order at the beginning of July and within the hour changed my mind and contacted the company to cancel the order. They said they would need to keep $80 for “processing”. Since I was dumb enough to order from them I said ok. I have been calling almost daily about the refund for the rest of the amount and keep getting pushed off and it’s been almost a month. Avoid this company at all costs

It's nearly impossible to get a response to messages left in the portal or to get a live person on the phone. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week and I feel like I'm harrassing them because I haven't received any acknowledgement, so I keep sending messages - to no avail.

I would give it a lower review if i could, says it takes 24-48 hours to get approved, took four days, once that happened after calling them, they gave me an rx on august 1st, its now august 4th with no update on shipping or anything. I have done other companies with no issues. Avoid trimrx at all costs, they jerk you around with no responses

First and only shipment arrived after…
First and only shipment arrived after 11 days even though they said it would be 2 to 3 DAYS. When I opened it, the ice was melted and the styrofoam box was actually very warm, probably 90 to 100 degrees. The instructions say to refrigerate immediately and it wasn't safe to use it not refrigerated. I have tried repeatedly to contact through the portal with no response whatsoever. I finally reached customer service and they wanted a picture of the temp in Atlanta that day ????? I thought that was weird but I did so and still no response. Talked to customer service and they tell me to use it because it's safe even though it arrived hot. So I'm out the $300 for one vial and nothing I can do. DO NOT use this company. I wish I had read the negative reviews before I ordered. Now I have read from other customers that even when you cancel, they continue to bill you so I have to deal with that. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who trusted them
TrimRX is a good deal
I have to say that using TrimRx was the best decision I have made it a long time. I'm down 35 pounds since May 1st. I think the compounded B12 with Trizepatide does something really great for you. I feel better than I have in years. You'll be happy you did it trust me.
Still not recieved order
I ordered over 10 days ago. I still have not recieved my order and it has not yet been shipped. I did recieve an email saying they had a shortage, but not to worry it would be shipped. I asked for details on how long and they said it was at the pharmacy so they could not give me any further information. I am disappointed with them at this point and am still waiting on a response from last Friday.

We paid via Affirm for a full year. We received shipment #1 but shipment #2 has not shipped and I have been out of medication for a week! Customer service goes straight to voicemail, I have not gotten responses to questions in my portal and my emails remain unanswered. I do not want a cancel but I will if this isn't resolved quickly. I want a manager to look at my file and release my prescription shipment immediately

No clear instructions were sent with the order, only a long winded message once approved which felt like it was written by their legal team to cover them in the event of something catastrophic. I've unsuccessfully been trying to connect with my "care team" for a week with zero response to my messages. This feels like a scam.

My husband ordered a GLP1 medication from TrimRX. It was supposed to be $89 per month. 2cd month they charged $299. We have tried calling to cancel, we have emailed SEVERAL times and tried the site chat to cancel, leaving instructions on all to CANCEL AND DO NOT CHARGE!! And yet they continue to charge our card. We have had to cancel our card to stop them from charging. This company is a farce and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You cannot cancel!!!
