Worst customer service. I ordered 1 foot massager, but somehow their system ordered 3 and a subscription. I have emailed back and forth with customer service to cancel the subscription that I never wanted and to find out when I would get the refund for the 2 massagers that I sent back via certified mail. I also tried to cancel through their system. They keep giving me the run around. Now I see that they have a F rating on BBB.

I had swelling in my feet, I was skeptical about buying these as there are so many scams these days. I have to say this was an amazing purchase and I’m so thankful I ordered them.

When ordering online the website is deliberately designed to encourage/cause mistakes while ordering ……im a web designer and know the “cons” of this ..you end up ordering additional items then the site wont respond when you try to check what you have ordered…The site misleads you into thinking you are checking what exactly you have ordered when in fact you are confirming what you ordered …and then you cannot cancel….its a deliberate and complete rip offf …so be careful
I ended up with 3 instead of 2 because of this ….the one of which has already stopped working after just 4 months of moderate usage ie 20 mins/day

It's pretty good I got them in relatively moderate time they seem to be okay the instructions are kind of tiny to read but they seem to work really well so I would rate them for at least out of five and overtime maybe it'll change to life

I have used the foot massagers for about a week and notice an improvement in all of the pains I have been experiencing. Verbose veins that I have had since my teenage years on my heels have almost completely disappeared.

My original review was negative because of the ordering process which added on an extra set and I was over charged. I contacted Customer Services who sorted this out quickly with a refund. I have received the foot massagers today they are easy to use and feel good. The unit heats up, vibrates and compresses. I have just used them for the first time and it has immediately relieved my pain. I'm hoping with regular use this will help me long term. EMsense you need to sort out your website so that customers can review their order before purchase to avoid additional items being added, then I'm sure you wont get bad reviews, because the product seems good.

I was looking to see how much the product cost in AUD$
I was looking to see how much the product would cost in AUD$ and I went to my paypal and entered the details unfortunately my system updated and the transaction went through with all extra charges that I did see advertised. It was advertised as$39.00US but when it showed in my banking details it is $152.64 AUD including a monthly Mobility coach of $14.99US amonth. I was not intending to buy
