I didn’t do my due diligence on this one. Very dodgy ordering site, unless you are extremely careful, you will end up with an order for twice what you want, and a monthly subscription ( what for? - physio advice 🤨) I cancelled my credit card as soon as it processed my order. No way of editing the order, and the price being way higher due to the currency used being USD not AUD, which is not clearly obvious.
Please look at other reviews on trustpilot that have slightly different names - EMSensemassage is one I think.
I really thought I had been totally scammed, and never expected to receive the goods, but lo and behold they turned up (albeit twice as many items as I actually wanted).
Fortunately, I was able to give one pair to my brother, who is also having foot trouble. They seem to be well made and do the job as described, I doubt whether they will offer a permanent solution, but they feel comforting to wear. I get about 2 or 3 uses out of a charge - if you use them for about 15mins, but how long the units will last is anyone’s guess.
Still really glad I cancelled my card, who wants a company like this handling their credit card details, I feel they are only just skating on the right side of legal. If they want to be legit, they should have a redesigned web site and they may do quite well without misleading customers into doubling up orders and paying for other items they don’t want.
Update - they sent their usual "blah blah blah" after I posted this review. I won't be indulging in a roundabout of emails with this company, life is too short. It is proof no person reads them, as my complaint is not about "finding my order". Please BEWARE.

At the dealing with plantar fasciitis I thought I was gonna never able to have feelings in my foot again, but I have feeling it has returned. It’s not complete but I’m still working on it. It’s a nice product. I wish your company success

Often, the product that is unknown makes the biggest impact. EM Sense is needed for a major secgment of our aging population, that has been told the wrong medical advice by big Pharma. I would not have stumbled on your ad and ordered the product, if not for the frustation of being a diabetic with peripheral neuropathy, for the last year.

I have written several reviews for this company. The first Mid April 2026. They contacted me several times. Particularly after each review. I complained that I did not receive the goods initially, and that has not changed. I was repeatedly contacted offering a % if I placed further orders, despite asking for a refund or the goods. I gave the. My order No. Several times, however today 11th August I received a refund in full. So thank you. However I would not go through the experience again. We are both satisfied with the outcome. I have eventually had my money returned and they got to keep the goods. I do not like to disrespect companies, and I am also the first to acknowledge a good service. Hence this review. Well done eventually EMSense.

The order process and subsequent follow-up actions were disappointing. Ordered 1 item and ended up with 3 and a coaching subscription. Contacted EMSense within minutes and was told the order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. Really? Shipped in minutes? I was not happy. I don't know how many e-mails went back and forth and from different reps. Finally said I was going to return everything when it arrived. During the return process, I was offered up to 30% refund if I kept everything I ordered. Wasn't interested. The return cost me $25.47 because they don't pay return shipping costs even though they messed up on the order. Not a happy camper.
Returned my shipment unopened 10 days ago but my carrier can't seem to find their address now. Read other posts and it seems like this is a known problem and refunds are never processed. Shame on EMSense. Their integrity and honesty is severely lacking.
