My son loves this bike. The assembly experience was somewhat frustrating as the instructions are lacking in detail. I had to reach out to customer service regarding several issues which I am being told are being corrected. The bike overall once put together is great. The shipping was fast and the parts that shipped separately did have a tracking number as well. Overall I would recommend this product.

We bought a Tuttio Soleil 01 in Nov 2024 for my son. He loves it! Unfortunately we started having issue with the throttle not turning on even though battery was fully charged. We contacted Tuttio support and they helped us resolved the issue. It was determined to be a faulty throttle. Since it's still under the 2 year warranty, they will send us a new upgraded Throttle to resolve the issue. We would only be responsible for the shipping. Customer service was very good! We hope to get more mileage out of it after a newly installed throttle.

My riding experience with the Tuttio Soleil electric bike, was very comfortable. It's really a budget friendly bike, that fitted in my budget. I love riding the bike it's smooth and easy to drive. I would reco.mend to buy one.

We did a lot of research on e and we decided on tuttio 01 and I'm sure glad we did.. It's a very well-built bike solid metal frame it rides beautifully no problem so far the grandkids will love it ..and great customer service

We had a problem with the controller for the bike and their response was fast, asked a couple more questions and made a decision. They back their warranty.

Great bike. My 11 year old son loves it and it’s perfect for his size! Battery last forever even with him riding all day. The only thing I wish was different is the throttle… it’s wrapped in plastic and broke after a fall and the mechanism you enter the key busted. I’m glad it’s an easy fix though

The customer service process was great. My son’s bike stopped working due to an error code about the throttle. I reached out to the warranty email and heard back within a day. They did ask for a few pictures and videos of the problem but were always very prompt with their responses. Ultimately, they shipped me the replacement parts to solve the problem. Would recommend this company when looking at E-bikes.

E 10 was on my screen and the bike was not running. tuttio support had me take a video and access the situation, they replied that night! Releasing my stress. They reviewed the video and are now sending me a replacement piece! Thank you so much what a wonderful experience
