I really enjoy the tuttio soleil 01. It works great and it has satisfied me a lot. I definitely recommend this bike! It also lasts surprisingly long and is decently fast. It’s also a pretty decent size as well. It’s a great bike over all!

The customer service is 10/10, they respond quick and they dont waste time, I wish all the customer service was like this and the quality of the bikes is amazing, I barely see any damage to my bike after riding it for along time exacpt from the crashes and even if I crashes the bike is still almost perfect.

The bike itself is astonishing , and well built for the price . The shocks have held up for 400 miles without any issue .
The customer service is great . Very thorough , but extremely helpful despite my lack of battery knowledge . My battery died and they have helped me attain a new warranty battery to continue riding the Sierra Nevada mountains !

I just want to start off by saying run away from Tuttio
I just want to start off by saying Tuttio does not honor their warranty.The support team will ghost you when you start asking about it.Their hub motor are junk, controller also junk and they know it and it has been a big problem.I have reached out to them multiple times with no resolution.At this time I will be filling a case with BBB.
My bike hasn’t had any problems i’m about to hit 2000 miles support team is understanding and helpful definitely go with tuttio for a great buget bike brand

Our 12 and 10 year olds love this bike (and I do too when they let me ride!). It’s their first e dirt bike and it’s so smooth, quiet (great for backyard riding), and the different settings are helpful. Riding the neighborhood I have them stay on eco. Out on dirt trails they are allowed to use the higher powered modes. They love attaching the trailer to it and bringing all our picnic and swimming gear to the pool, or giving their little cousins rides. When we had an issue with a bike part, Tuttio was fast to respond and make sure our issue was solved. Now the kids just want another so they don’t have to share!
