Today, I was assisted by Joan in the Evanston IL store. She went above and beyond to assist me exchange a broken pair of Goodr sunglasses. She made extra efforts to ensure that the return and exchange was possible. On top of that, she took extra measures to assist me finding the perfect replacement pair of sunglasses…..and all while being pleasant and authentically wanting to problem solve for me.
