Logan which I do believe is a manager and Jess at the Hamilton Place Chattanooga Tennessee location are absolutely the best. They both go above and beyond for you and have the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They are so kind and knowledgeable and very professional and help you anyway they can. Things are expensive at every store, but with customer service and the help you get from Logan and Jess is outstanding and well worth every penny we spend in this store. We will always shop this location because of your great employees. Gearhead please reward these two employees they sure do deserve it and have earned it as well. We are very happy customers at your Hamilton place location in Chattanooga Tennessee. Thank you Logan and Jess for all your help we appreciate you both. Also the other employees are great as well makes us proud to shop in your store.

I lived in Little Rock , AR with 2 Gearhead stores, and I was always allowed, as well as others, to get military discount. However, through your website nothing is offered, which is interesting because this is a tax right off for company's as a donation. If any one tells you different fire them as they do not know there job and hire me.
Best customer service I've experienced in a very LONG time! They performed like a company who actually wanted to earn my business AND my loyalty. They have! Excellent, timely communication. If I could give 10 stars I would. They will definitely be my first "go to" when shopping for gear in the future.
The Oboz hiking boots were at an unheard of sale price. Website was easy to use. Shipping was very fast and even more impressive given it’s the Holiday Season. Will buy again from Gearhead!
