Needed to replace a couple of radiators on short notice during the holiday season. Hudson Reed had the best variety of radiators to choose from at reasonable prices and shipping was fast. Only took roughly 5 days to get the new radiators. Radiators have been installed and look amazing. They are slimmer than the previous cast iron units and take up way less space while sufficiently heating the rooms.

I got a quick response to my question about a product and then placed an order which was also delivered quickly. A little disappointed though with the short useful life (9 years) of the valves on my hydronic towel warmer. According to Hudson Reed's response, the product I ordered was still under warranty. Latest update Jan 16: I received a replacement part January 13, and was able to get a plumber to install it yesterday. It seems very well constructed, and works perfectly! I must say the communication with Hudson Reed has been exemplary throughout this initially frustrating delivery experience, and they did everything they should to ensure I was a satisfied customer. . Update January 3, 2025: The package has apparently been delivered to an address in Nova Scotia, which is thousands of kilometres away from where I reside in Ontario. my original invoice for the item which I paid close to $200 Canadian for, had my correct shipping information. So, I’m significantly out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I’ve sent a lengthy follow-up email to Hudson Reed with screenshots tracking the delivery progress to an address that clearly was entered incorrectly on their end. I do expect to be sent a replacement item to MY home address in Ontario. I can’t review the actual item until I receive it.

I’ve ordered quite a few radiators and a towel warmer about two years ago. During the renovation of my home I relied on their dependable and easily tracked international shipping methods as well as an excellent customer service. Two years later now…I was having a problem w/ the towel warmer expecting to be referred to a parts department instead once established what the problem was, Holly from customer service let me know that the replacement part was being ordered and shipped to me free of charge.
