Mostly it works just fine. Occasionally, I will find myself in a spot with no cell coverage whatsoever, which is very frustrating if I am not near Wi-Fi. Occasionally, the data throughput seems to slow down to practically nothing for a minute and I have to restart a search or an app. The price is very good, although some competitors are a bit less. I love not having to have a contract. I did have to reinstall my eSIM after I had a complete center data connection failure during my first week of service.
Well, my experience was really pretty good. I was skeptical at first because you don’t actually speak to anyone and you don’t go in person to Brick + Mortar store to do this so it actually went real smooth. I was quite happy thank you.
The service is horrible.It wont even stream Live Youtube without lagging.

Better than Expected
The change was simple and fast - everything that was promised, and the online-only experience worked well. We had been on the Verizon network with two iPhones for years, so there weren't any alternatives we were willing to consider. We ported over our numbers with instructions that were simple. We upgraded one phone with a purchase through Visible, going from a XS to a new 17e. The other phone was a 14. The cost is right, the switch is simple, and we couldn't be happier.

The website is absolute junk
The website is absolute junk. I have never ran into more eCommerce failures until I tried to simply just checkout with a selected plan. The cart page often doesn't load, it regularly gets hung up on that dumb smile gif for simply navigating to other pages and gives error messages that does not make clear what the error is. What kind of back end engineers are you people hiring??
I am very happy I switched over from Verizon - I’ve got better service and a more cost effective price. Just got a new phone the other day at the Apple Store and they were surprised how easy it was to switch to my new phone!
I have been enjoying Visible for several months now and I find it is just as effective and reliable AT&T and also spectrum mobile. I have yet to utilized the international calling features, but I have faith that they will be quite impressive as well.
Visible Wireless is owned by Verizon and uses their Ultra-Wideband 5G Network. This is my first Unlimited Data Carrier. I am not a data power user, but its nice not having to worry about running out anymore. Visible’s Referral Program, and Regular Promotions make subscription cost even more affordable. You Get What You Pay For!
Hinestly, I paid more on my previous Verizon plan, but had great service and rarely experienced either a lack of service or dropped calls. I wish I coukd say the same for my Visible service. It has not been a good overall experience. Too many times I don't have a signal or have only 1-2 bars. Terrible! :-(
I calledvisible to update my credit card and got charged $20 for doing it. I don’t appreciate that. I think it was unnecessary because I was trying to get the account straight. I’m sure you won’t like this review.
My experience has been great with the service and set up was easy. The only thing I have to complain about is when I signed up I was supposed to get a discount that was offered $20 a month for the first year but I’m paying $25.

Highly Recommend!
I've been with Visible for several years. Left them for 1 year because I received one year of free service from another carrier. Immediately came back when the free time was over. In all the years of using their services I've only experienced 3 dropped calls. Love the Hotspot feature when my internet goes out. Great service. Great price. Absolutely recommend.

Affordable plan but seems not really convenient to contact customer service. I have billing questions but the robot answers can not answer my question. Also the reception is not as I expected.
I've been using Visible for 60 days now and have been immensely pleased with both the coverage and performance.
I did have some challenges with my initial device migration, due to using an eSIM (I gave them the wrong IMEI), but found the online help team very knowledgable and helpful. Subsequent migrations to Visible for my other devices were seemless with that knowledge in hand.
