The price factor is the best part. I don't have to worry about hidden fees or extra costs. One problem is that the service can be a bit spotty in rural areas, like most providers. The home internet for the price is great, but it can also be spotty at times.
How do you contact someone at Visible? I’ve tried texting from two different text links, and one didn’t go through, and the other received no response. There is no way to talk to a person. Mid month I had three charges with odd numbers on two of our three lines. It wasn’t the international calling plan—that’s an even $5. But there’s no way to find out! Cell service isn’t great, so it’s hard to get online in some areas. Frustrating. I hear T-Mobile may have better cell service, and it seems they hire actual people to answer questions. It’s convenient to have three people linked in a family plan, but I expect other companies do the same thing.
Since you asked ... Visible phone service rates 5 (five) stars. Visible billing and payment rates zero or less. Visible is the ONLY cellphone provider that I have ever seen, that does not offer a "one stop shopping" family account for two or more cell phones. Instead, Visible forces the customer to jump through many hoops, paying separately for each phone, on different payment dates, with different accounts. Totally insane. Anyone with two or more phones, who is considering using Visible, should take a careful look at the billing and payment practices and decide whether or not the excellent phone service is worth the aggravation of dealing with the billing / payment system.
What a crappy cell provider. I have their so called unlimited plan and their unlimited plus plan. I get capped at 5Mb a month. Attempted to work with them but communication with visible is a joke as customer service does not exist. I will be changing providers this week.
Overall best plan in history! I'm not going back to any other carrier after having this one! I found out about this carrier by mistake one one night. I can't say enough about it! I recommended and shared on my socials too!
After some glitches during transfer from tracfone everything is working great..same coverage...no worries about running out of data all the time...I had some confusion during installing the sim which was corrected by an agent during online text session...good help.
I was able to do everything to establish my Visible account electronically. My phone has e-sim as well physical sim. I used the e-sim to setup account. My phone is an unlocked device. I also used the free trial service to see how service worked in my area. I was a T-Mobile customer, but, service connection was not as good as Visible (a Verizon service). The cost was much better. I had a 55+ service with T-Mobile. The service was $50 but received a $5 discount for auto pay via checking. Taxes added to $45. Visible cost is $35 with taxes already included. No age requirement of 50+. I use a credit card for auto pay. Charged exactly $35 each month. Very happy with service
I suffer from medical and financial vulnerabilitys and thanks to visable I'm able to retain a phone . I can only afford the base plan for $20 but the service is amazing ! Thank you visable ! I'd be lost with out you ! I recently joined a friend circle and I am always telling people about your excellent service and affordable plans
We haven't had any issues with our phone service. Switching our phones over was a process.... but eventually, we got it!... I almost gave up and wanted to go back to Verizon... But after activation, overall our experience has been flawless... And much less than our Verizon monthly bill.... although we're still technically with Verizon...... which makes us wonder why Verizon doesn't just offer their costs the same!?!
I switched primarily because of the price not expecting much from the service but it has been reliable and efficient and I'm happy I switched and I'm able to enjoy this service for such an affordable price. I recommend to other people as well.
I have been happy at the savings that Visible has afforded me,and for the most part I have no issues with the companies service,when I am at home,or,out and about. However,when I am inside my place of work,a factory,my service connection is spotty.There are very few places I get reception,and have to pick my spots for using my phone.

The transition from Verizon to Visible was almost completely seamless. Had 1 small glitch in getting both my number and my wife's number activated and transferred. It was probably a user error, but ir was resolved quickly and we have experienced no issues whatsoever. The system works extremely well with no dropped calls or loss of service. I would recommend Visible to any mobile phone user.
We have the same coverage as we did with Verizon and are saving about $100/month with 2 lines and have unlimited voice, text and data. We don't have good coverage at our home with either Verizon or Visible, but we do have WiFi coverage at home which is great. All conversations are very clear. We are glad we made the switch! Love Visible.

Now, i know its owned by Verizon, but man its a huge difference between the two. I switched about 5 months ago and im never going back to a major carrier. I was paying $117 a month for a bundle with a phone on 4glte on a 5g tower and got terrible service for an arm and a leg. Switched to visible and now its $30 a month for 5gUW. Idk how thats possible, but it is what happened to me. Maybe im dumb, but Visible is worth the switch, especially for a single person. Literally the only downside is no storefronts, but honestly, who cares? Verizon stores are just sales fronts and they dont help with repairs. Thats outsourced as well.
