I'm not sure that Visible is living up…
I'm not sure that Visible is living up to all the hype for me thus far. For one, I'm not sure the signal I get is as strong as what I got from Straight Talk. There are places in my own home where the wifi doesn't seem to be as strong and as reliable as it was with Straight Talk. Also, I had an issue with my text regarding RCS and I tried to chat with an agent and got absolutely nowhere. They were essentially clueless and I had to essentially do it myself. I was disappointed with that as well.

My experience with Visible has been good so far. The service has worked properly, and the plan offers good value for the price.
Easy switch over
Easy to switch plans from Verizon. The service is the same as Verizon. We have no complaints.

Switching my service to Visible was the easiest process I have ever had. I could do it myself and didnt have to go in store or chat with an agent. The service is way better than our previous service in this area.
I just switched from being a Verizon…
I just switched from being a Verizon user for many, many years. The price kept on going up but as a single phone plan user they have no deals. I was paying over $60/month for just 500MB of data. A friend recommended checking out Visible so I finally made the switch. Unlimited data, personal hotspot, ect for just $35/month. I should have done this years ago. The only thing that could be improved is the coverage which is the same as when I was on Verizon since they use Verizon's network. My apartment and the gym could use better coverage. Overall very happy with Visible so far.
Satisfied with billing question resolution.
Maria quickly and attentively research and resolved my billing question! To date, I've been satisfied with my Visible Wireless service.

The price and the easy service
Great website
Great website, easy to use and clear what the process to get started with Visible. I still get some spam calls with my number from Visible but not nearly what I had with another MVNO but more than the great spam filters from the big three.
Cheap and reliable service

My brother and I switched to Visible +…
My brother and I switched to Visible + Pro with $10 off each month, we switch from T-mobile after 10 years it was getting too expensive. I know Visible doesn't do multiple lines but it can kinda do with inner circle which I can pay his phone bill with $5 off and since he used my code I have $20 off this month of August 2026 and he will get $20 off from Visible next month. So far so good no complaint unlimited everything and have free watch line.

I had Verizon for almost 3 years
I had Verizon for almost 3 years. I went that route because I needed a hotspot. But the other day I tried my phone hotspot and it worked the same as the Verizon hotspot device. That’s all I wanted back in the beginning. So I believe I have the same speed as before I’m good to go.
