A few reviewers experienced frustrating network slowdowns during high traffic periods or found that getting helpful assistance with technical problems took a long time.

My provider before Visible was Verizon. I was on a family plan with my mom and little brother. At the end of the day, when I was looking to make a switch, I thought, what will provide me with similar connectivity at a lower cost. A close friend of mine who had also made the switch from Verizon to Visible highly recommended Visible, and after making the switch and using it for a few months, I have absolutely no complaints. Not only do I have the same connectivity levels but I'm saving a decent amount of money from what I used to pay.
When my phone didn't get any reception and messages like "this number has calling restrictions" came up, the issue was solved by an agent via the chat. But clearer guidelines about how to contact a live agent should be posted.
Switching from Straight talk wireless where I have been a customer for the last 20 years to Visible was a easy. The app walks you through the process step by step. The pricing is amazing and the product they offer is definitely worth the price. I am on the 35.00 monthly plan that gives me unlimited talk and texting. It also gives me unlimited hotspot.
It's too soon to tell. I've not been in contact with a real person yet. Everything is done on line. As far as switching over the service , yeah it was set up fine I guess.
Easy transition overall. I had switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, but the reception was not as good as Verizon in the places I use it most often. So back to the Verizon network. I had been tempted by the pricing on Visible for a while - I don't use the perks from Verizon. The whole porting and setup process was easy and quick. No issues. The area for improvement I noted was the confusion I experienced around 2 lines. I thought I was setting up an account for both, but then realized there had to be 2 separate accounts. I could like and pay from my account I found after the fact. Some additional clarity around that up front would have made the process easier and less stressful.
I switched from Verizon to Visible for the savings. I got the best plan and paid upfront $450 for the year. I was waiting to see if I’d be happy with the switch, and so far I am. I’ve been to major events and hadn’t had any issues. I’ve travels across many states and my phone has always had coverage. I’m sad I waited so long to switch. I haven’t tried it internationally yet, but I will next week.
At first navigating was very good no issues at all. The no good experience I had was local called here in Stockton CA. About a Dr appointment. The called I made drop after my third week of Visible service.. I was very disappointed.
ported my number in... have the physical sim, some how ended up with an Esim and different number. the old number worked for a month and now its gone, cant get ahold of anyone and your AI chat bot sucks, absolutly no help what so ever.
Brought my phone, very easy online setup, monthly plan exactly what i needed better price than previous provider
Love everything of it. Always have. Only thing I dislike is when u fill out form when u lose your job how ive never known them to give month of service like they say
Verizon customer for 25 years, seamless transition
What makes this company Great? 8 can honestly say that it is the ultimate hack for phone service and it's unlimited WiFi hotspot. I use for my TV. I've had visible for almost 3 months now and not complaining. Keep up this and the some what descent customer service. Which is an online live agent type scenario. But I've had on 2 different occasions have the agent call me on my cellphone to achieve better results with service and getting what i wanted done. And the people I've encountered on this customer service are very polite and patient with me. Thank you visible for becoming my new cellphone provider and my unlimited hotspot for my TV. Im very beautiful to have your service and also my bill being cut down to only 5 bucks this month because of the referral bonus that i received for reference to my roommate who also now has visible service.
My phone is broken. I tried to port my old number to a new Visible account and was told that I could not. I will cancel both Visible accounts and port that number to a new carrier.
The phone plan seems fine so far. While the paymeplan to purchase a new phone was helpful. I would have preferred to pay it off in one installment.
The process so far has been positive, and I like the easy renew of monthly payments.
I’m going to say first off this has been the greatest phone service I have had for month-to-month!!! UNLIMITED hotspot is included- and as a COLLEGE student AND SINGLE MAMA it is a life saver daily!!! The signal is mostly always 5G same with hotspot signal! And all month it works - plus you can get the 20 dollar promo at sign up with 69JLBPC, which is wild since it’s already only 25 a month like it’s crazy AWESOME. (I do pay for the plus plan- and that includes roaming in Canada and Mexico unbeatable) ✅👍 It is worth checking out, straight talk was just too expensive when there is equal price with more @visible by Verizon. I’m with it fr 👍
I was unable to get the initial offer to work and customer service worked hard to get me the deal applied to my account, as well as my wife and son's accounts. It's such a good deal, I left Xfinity with 3 accounts and have no regrets!:
Let's start with the obvious - same great network for half the cost. Plus, wi-fi hotspot included at every plan level. Plus, no contract, no activation fees, and a referral rewards program that actually rewards you. I recently took a break from Visible because my internet provider was offering a "free" line for a year on their service. $25 activation fee, monthly taxes and surcharges, and apparently a $25 cancellation fee when I switched back to Visible after the year was up. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that customer service can take a while to resolve issues sometimes. I've never had an issue not get resolved, but it can take a while sometimes.
