A life changing program

I purchased the program in 2021 and simply followed the calories, the macros, and the home workouts. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months. More importantly, I learned about properly fueling my body and staying active. I’ve kept the weight off plus I have continued to build strength and endurance. I participate in a lot of different activities now, but I still like to come back to these workouts that started my journey. I have, and will continue to recommend these programs to anybody who is looking for a happier and healthier life without getting trapped in the diet culture. I’ve never had any problems with the program, but today I had a problem (of my own making) when purchasing a program as a gift for my niece and I must say how absolutely amazing the customer service was! They helped me right away and they even followed up with me afterward. My experience with VShred has literally been life changing.

Excellent Coaching - Down 94 Pounds

After seeing countless advertisements for V-Shred on social media, I finally decided to give the program a try. My initial experience began with the 30-day trial. Although I enjoyed the meals provided, I felt the program wasn’t tailored specifically to my own preferences, habits, and lifestyle. I also chose not to use the free coaching service during the trial period. Wanting a more personalized approach, I decided to fully commit and signed up for the complete program with a personal coach. In mid-February 2025, I was paired with Sean Richardson, who quickly proved to be the ideal coach for me. Sean’s passion for his work is evident in everything he does, and his dedication has made a profound impact on my weight loss journey. Sean’s expertise goes far beyond basic nutrition and exercise. He possesses a deep understanding of the human body and emphasizes the importance of a customized plan that adapts to how your body responds. His approach is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate—he’s patient, encouraging, and knows just when to be firm to keep me motivated. Sean is the best coach I could have wished for, serving as both a cheerleader and a guide through every up and down. With Sean’s support, I have lost 94 pounds since starting the program. I genuinely enjoy the recipes I prepare—often finding them more delicious than meals I’ve made in the past. While I’m currently 26 pounds away from my original "average" goal, my mindset has shifted. Now, I think “Why stop there? I can reach an 'ideal' weight for my height!” and I am focused on becoming my healthiest self ever. One of the most remarkable aspects of the V-Shred program is its sustainability. Despite taking four vacations, celebrating holidays, and enjoying birthdays throughout the year, I never felt deprived or forced to sacrifice the joy of those moments. The program (with coaching) is designed to help you get back on track after any setback, making success both achievable and maintainable. Reflecting on my experience, I realize that I would not have achieved this level of success without Sean’s guidance. He taught me how my body reacts to different foods, why the same routine can yield varying results from week to week, and how to recover quickly after setbacks. Sean’s insights have been invaluable and instrumental in helping me develop a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Great Customer Service

Though I was very much looking forward to starting this program, I needed to cancel my order. The staff was very professional and prompt in refunding my money. This is a good company. (I checked my bank account, the process has been started and is waiting for the funds from the merchant.)

Second Review on Vshred

I previously sent in a review approximately three months ago stating my horrible experience with Vshred. I never was able to really even get started due to an injury I sustained right before my interview with them. I was under the care of my orthopedic surgeon at the time and he did not want me to be doing any physical therapy outside of what he had control of and he was scheduling tests for me to have on my injured right knee. Therefore, I let my interviewer know all of this. He told me to go ahead and return the weight loss supplements for a refund and to also notify the support team. I returned the supplements, sent letters to the support team, as well as two of the coaches and my interviewer. That's at least 4 cancellation letters that I sent to Vshred. I have the certified confirmation that they received the returned supplements (which had made me quite sick while I was taking them). A month has gone by since they received the returned supplements and they still have not refunded my money. With my last review of Vshred on Trust Pilot, Vshred responded to Trust Pilot that they would look into my complaints and make things right. They have done nothing except now, I am getting hounded by Bread Financial saying that I owe them $3,000. for what?? I never even started anything. I returned the supplements I ordered. I have proof of every text message, email and mailing to Vshred. I believe we are all dealing with a massive scammer and we made need outside help.

V-shreded

I've been on the program about three months and have been very satisfied with the meal plans, workout plans and support from my coach, Paul. I'm a 76 year old widower whose weight crept up to over 200 lbs since my wife passed and I needed some assistance and guidance to point me in the right direction. To date I've lost 27lbs, I'm eating better, sleeping better and have more energy each day. Like many things in life, you get out of it what you're willing to put into it.

This is the second time in a row I've ordered and my order was not received. I've contacted you both times and been told you had an error on your side and didn't process the order. Then you sent it with no problem. Makes me very hesitant to order from you again. If I want more, may use Amazon instead.

Athletic body needs dialed in nutrition

I signed up for V Shred January 2025 I have semi followed their nutrition advice but I 100% took their workout advice. at first I was not impressed with their sales people but I was truly impressed with their workouts. Their intake is lengthy but worth it for the individualized and personal training. I renewed another six months and that's when the weight started falling off. Following their nutrition and their workout advice helped me lose 25 pounds. I'm 6 feet tall I didn't look overweight but I'm now back to my college weight, from 30 years ago. I have always worked out always done cardio but being over 50 and menopause the changes hormonally required a different tactic to working out. Other than the nutrition the other key factor was completely reducing my stress. And reducing the stress was doing less cardio. It seems like an oxymoron but once I listened wholeheartedly to all pieces of the puzzle my body started to change drastically.

Coach is great but the program is over priced for what is offered. To pay 679 for a plan chatgpt could have created is frustrating. Regret my purchase. Been a member of Vshred for awhile and this is disappointing. I wish there were weekly modifications to my meal plan and a more comprehensive meal plan. It is very random foods thrown together that most don’t eat.

This plan really works!!

This program is truly amazing. I had doubts when I first read about it, but I decided to try it anyway. The Customized meal plan is fantastic. I didn't think I could lose weight with all the food that I'm able to eat every day, but I did. I'm the kind of person that needs to be shown meal plans, that's why this is so perfect. I can't say enough about the 1 on 1 Coaching. I personally think this is the key to success. My coach Chase, has been the best. He's always supportive, encouraging and always there to help in any way needed. If you commit to this and are 100% honest with your coach, you'll succeed. I have.

Everything about this company is sus!

Great customer service.

Customer service was great and quick to respond. My order was delivered to the wrong location, the delivery photo clearly showed the mistake and my order was immediately replaced.

Bump in the road

There was a small issue finding a coach to work with me and a glitch in getting paperwork filled out. They did work to get it resolved and the plan and coach is very good, helpful, knowledgeable and it is working.

Think twice before becoming involved with VShred

I was interested but was rushed thru the program cost and before I really had time to clearly examine the commitment thoroughly I was signed up for a $3,997.00-6 month program. I then got a promotion at work, which included travel and I tried to get out of the V-Shred program, delay it, or just stop and get a refund. To be clear, I NEVER started the program, never dealt with a trainer, or had one exercise session, ordered no foods. I was sent their vitamin supplements for a hefty additional monthly cost, another expense. Now I really needed to stop the entire program, because I could not do the time commitment. My contact, Abby Graham, resolution coordinator, would NOT refund my money. He told me they had already done so much planning, programming, time commitments toward my program. Anyone who owns a computer, with files, knows you choose the applicable file, for the profile you fill out and VShred is DONE with any personally designed program. VShred would not refund my money. They refused to consider a refund. They, Abby Graham, said they would refund $2000.00. Nice profit for them doing nothing, right? I wanted to take them to small claims court, but my schedule was insane and even with the court paperwork pretty simple, it just didn't seem workable. So finally, after many emails back and forth, over several months, a court demand letter from me, they would not consider refunding the program cost. At that time, I said refund the $2000.00, as I did not see one glimmer of VShred doing the right thing and I just did not have the time to continually deal with all of it. A consumer would think that if your were not going to use a service based entity that the entity would be professional and refund monies. No way did that happen with VShred. This company might be right for some, but in my case, I felt them to be greedy and extremely non-professional as a business entity. So, if this behavior is their chosen method of operation, think hard if you want to be involved with VShred. I was ripped off for $2000.00, which I do not say lightly, but that is the case in this instance.

Worst $6000 I’ve ever spent

Worst $6000 I’ve ever spent. I’m pretty sure that their goal is to keep you losing weight as slowly as possible so that you have to stick in the program for longer and that you need them to achieve your weight loss goals. (of course they’ll argue this to protect themselves). - That way they’ll keep you signing up for more. They claim it’s because it’s more sustainable, but I think they keep you moving at a snails pace in order to ensure you’re going to need to sign up for more lengthy programs which they use slimy, car salesman, manipulative tactics to achieve. I could tell within the first week that I was not going to be excited about the flow, pace, and integrity of the whole V shred system, but the contract is binding and they would not let me out of it. So I hastily was forced to continue in a program that I did not feel solid about. They have “success coordinators and progress meetings”which are masked as opportunities for them to upsell you by persuading you into thinking you need them to achieve your goals. This is a boot camp program that was falsely advertised as the opposite. They claim initially you don’t do a lot of cardio and you can still have freedom in whatever you choose to eat. That is a lie and was falsely advertised. It’s a full-blown diet and exercise regiment with tons of cardio involved. I’ve been nothing but stressed out ( high cortisol) and disappointed for the entire year I’ve been on this program. It’s brought up all kinds of psychological issues, revolving around my relationship with food, eating disorders and shame that I carry for not being able to do the program successfully because they do not address any of those important layers. They put words in your mouth during the assessment so that you feel completely duped and manipulated. I just had my final call with a coordinator recently, and he basically shamed me for dropping out of the program and told me that I would not be able to successfully lose weight on my own. Then he put words in my mouth saying that I was taking full accountability for my lack of success in the program. No, sir, it’s your program that made me unsuccessful. Even though they say if you don’t reach your goals, they’ll refund your money-That’s also a lie. They manipulate you into saying that it’s your own fault when really their system is not full proof for everybody type and they just won’t admit it. Definitely NOT what is described

I purchased the 3 month Metabolism Tune-up program and after 1 month I haven’t even started week 2. The plan is certainly NOT what was promised - I provided my training schedule so that the carb cycling would fit with it, but definitely not. I have addressed this multiple times but still not happening. I raised questions/concerns about the lunches and my being elsewhere - changed but certainly address the specific requests I had. Each time I message and eventually get a response then I’m told 48hrs with the issue not addressed so I reply again - and it’s another 48hrs. Definitely NOT what I was led to believe. Have requested a refund & told that due to the planning involved I couldn’t - I don’t even have the 2nd week after a month. Surely under consumer law a refund is appropriate. Besides, this program was not specifically listed. The plan seems to be very generic & certainly not customised - has things not found in Australia
