Outstanding company! Water system is exactly what I wanted for our Condo. Purchased X12 unit because wanted tankless system that removes chlorine but leaves healthy minerals such as calcium and magnesium intact!
Previously we moved from home with an upgraded whole house system. The Waterdrop X12 system is similar to the water we are use to drinking!!

Waterdrop sells quality water filters. If you need any help they respond quickly. Doreen took care of all my needs, her customer service was exceptional. I own the 800 series under sink model. It is tankless and provides endless purified water. It is very user friendly and contains an amazing electronic control board. Changing filters is very easy. I love it. I highly recommend this product and Waterdrop.
We had a filter delivered in sketchy conditions. It was in a loose plastic bag, with water in the bag and a hole in the “seal”. Additionally, it had scuff marks on it and it had arrived in what looked to be a reused Amazon box. It appeared to be a preused filter. It was not like the condition that previous filters had been delivered to us. We had ordered directly from Waterdrop, not Amazon.
We contacted Waterdrop and within 3 days they had reviewed our case and photos, and then they shipped a new replacement filter to us. We had our new filter in about 5 days of writing to Waterdrop. Shout out to Lene who was very helpful and got this issue resolved promptly.
