Incredible Customer Service
We ordered the new waterdrop system for our newly built home as we had an older generation system at our previous home and loved the great water it gave us. The new Warerdrop had an issue with the faucet right after installation. Customer Service Representative, Doreen was amazing in getting this rectified for us by immediately responding to our email, sending us a new faucet and a complementary filter, along with making sure our system is working properly and assuring that we are satisfied customers. It's nice to deal with a real person in customer service again
Though no fault of the waterdrop company, they helped me to diagnose my failing RO system after a failure of our house's PRV gamaged the unit and offered me a discount on a replacement if I would send in my old system for diagnostic purposes. I am very happy with the help I received.

Plan for the Water Waste
I wasn’t aware of how much discarded water there would be prior to purchase. Fortunately I bought more plants so I could repurpose it. It is also more maintenance heavy than I planned for. The water tastes great though, and I’m keeping disposable plastic water bottles out of the landfills. Just make sure you have a plan for your water and some room on your home maintenance schedule and it will be great!

I purchased a Waterdrop WD-A2G reverse…
I purchased a Waterdrop WD-A2G reverse osmosis machine back in March of this year to help improve the quality of the water that I am drinking at home. After using a TDS meter to check the quality of our tap water I was shocked at the high level of impurities, it was about 575 and showing red on the guide. They say this is still safe to drink but may not taste so good. No kidding. So I decided it was time to do something about that as I do drink a lot of water. Firstly I looked at the below sink filters similar to the one Bear Grylls is promoting and I felt the Waterdrop 3 stage filter seemed a better and in my opinion more cost effective solution. So I also purchased one of these and it was fairly easy and straightforward to fit on my cold water inlet. I decided to get this from Amazon as the delivery schedule was literally next day and I am very happy with the results. The reverse osmosis machine I ordered direct from Waterdrop's website and the service was excellent. The machine has exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with it. Very easy to setup and I opted for the remineralization filter version, there are two types. This is because some of the naturally occurring minerals in your tap water are very important to your health and the filters are so effective at what they do they also take all the good stuff out unless you get the above mentioned filter which adds minerals back into the water. You have to prepare the filter to start with by simply following the instructions, it push fits into the top of the machine and there is a lid that you lift off to do this. It takes a few times of running the water through until it gets to 100% on the digital display on the front. It has a tank at the back which you lift out and fill to the max line, then place back on and replace the lid. The pump then kicks in and forces the water through the filter which in turn fills up the jug you use to pour out any water if you so wish. Alternatively you can use the touch screen on the front to dispense water. What I love is how many different temperature settings it has and the cool one sets the temperature to what I consider to be perfect to drink straight away. Some people say it isn't cold enough and place the jug into their fridge which is fine also but I find that water is just a bit too cold to drink straight from the fridge. I also drink coffee and love that I can then switch instantly to either 85 degrees or 95 degrees for hot drinks. You can also set the amount in mls it dispenses, I have this set to 250mls for my coffee cups, starts at 150,250,350,500,999ml but you can also just press the button again to stop it. Now I should also mention that mine developed a fault at the start of July, the cooling feature stopped working. I contacted their support by email and they answered very quickly and over a period of 2 weeks we ran through quite a few tests to try and resolve and identify what the issue was and rule out possible issues. During this time I liaised with a nice lady called Karina who couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic as she knew I was quite upset when none of the solutions seemed to help. They then didn't take long to arrange a brand new replacement to be sent which arrived really quickly and I am pleased to say is working perfectly. So I have no qualms at all about leaving a five star review and look forward to many more years of great tasting water and great service from Waterdrop. Thank you Karina!
AS13 Undersink water filter is great
AS13 Undersink water filter is great, we already have great quality water up here but due to being so close to source the chlorine was always a bit much, this filter has fixed that for us straight away. Customer service was spot on too, quick response and friendly, shout out to Beria.
We bought the Waterdrop K19 RO…
We bought the Waterdrop K19 RO countertop model to take on our trailer travels. We travel with 2 humans and 3 K9s and water quality is of great importance to us. We did encounter a few hiccups setting the unit up on our first journey with it, but all our questions were promptly answered by Beria. We communicated with Beria over several days and she was always very succinct in her helpful replies. We would recommend Waterdrop to our friends especially since their customer support has such understanding, patient and dog loving reps like Beria. Thank you!
This filter has changed our lives
This filter has changed our lives! We were getting 5 gallon bottles delivered. At 76, we struggled for years for this. Now we have healthy sal free water on tap from sink.

Just changed my F2 filter for the 1st time
Just changed my F2 filter for the 1st time. Very simple to remove and replace without a having to worry about water drainage. Once the filter was in, the system would not go into the flush mode when I tried pushing (and holding) the F2 icon. Run some water through the spigot and then was able to initiate the auto flush mode.
