The product is fantastic. I ran into a small issue which i was able to rectify myself. I worked with "Anna" from customer service and they dispatched a new filter right away. The customer service & turnaround time was fantastic! The only downside i feel is there should be in person troubleshooting available. They deal with email correspondence and thats not ideal for troubleshooting. Otherwise its a great product and Anna was fantastic!
Customer service was fantastic with Beria G. Super helpful in all the process. Unfortunately the arrival of my new RO system A2G took a bit more time than ideal, especially taking into account that I had opted for the faster service. I was able to get confirmation of what was the situation. Regarding the machine, it is great but there would be 2 important details to share. The initial taste is not perfect but... it's just a matter of a few more flush cycles. The other downside of the machine is that it makes more noise than expected because of its function of refreshing the water. Nothing too critical as long as you don't have the machine near a bedroom. All in all I am quite satisfied, especially by the sympathy that I received.

Inital order ready date was suddenly swithed to 4 weeks or so... but thanks to Siki it all well went smooth and delivery was amde in 5 days or so. For the X12. So far all is impressive, works well and taste indeed is very good. Recomended!

Months ago I had ordered "back stock filters" for when the time arrived when we would need to change our filtration. Until that day came, We did not realize that one of the three filters was the wrong type, because we had places order months ago, we had no record of purchase history but thankfully customer service was able to help us out and send us the correct filter we needed at no cost. Super thankful for that, especially the fact that the filters are not cheap. Their customer service is simply one of the best that I have personally experienced..... My husband and I already recommend this water filtration system to our friends and family and much more with the experience we personally had with customer service.

Great customer support, very communicative. I had issues with my water filter returning an error on the display, after a few troubleshooting process, support has replaced my unit with a brand new unit. It still is under warranty but I appreciate that they have sent a new one fairly quickly.
