Erin was timely and helpful in trying to resolve my issue. I wanted to return their rack-battery and ecoflow adapter because my unit was not compatible. She was able to get me an alternative option where the company will send an upcoming adapter free of charge if I'm willing to wait.

Great customer service. I contacted WattCycle because part of my order had arrived and I was concerned about the battery delivery. Mihel responded quickly, explained that the battery and adapter cable had been shipped separately, and provided the tracking details straight away.

My experience with the customer support is very very satisfying.
I had a 100Ah mini with bluetooth that didn't want to recharge. The respons to my email was fast with options what could make it charge. Unfortunatly that did not solve the issue. So I did inform the customer support and there answser to replace the battery was prompt. They did send me a shipping label to ship it back. After shipping my "dead" battery i received within a week a new one.
The communication with Lyra from the customer team was correct, to the point with a friendly personal touch.
Therefore a big thank you to WattCycle.
By the way, I am very happy with the performance of my 100Ah and 314Ah mini battery with bluetooth

Jennifer with customer service quickly helped with the issues I was having with my trolling motor battery. After a couple of tests they sent me a return label to ship back. Overall for an online buying experience she was prompt at moving the process along in getting my replacement battery. Hopefully no issues with this one. Kudos to Jennifer for the whole process as it went smoothly and as quick as can be expected when communicating by email.

Customer service was very responsive. When my battery would not take a charge, they offered suggestions for me to try and upon these not failing, they immediately sent out a brand new battery. All of my questions were answered and I am very happy with how things worked out.

Purchased 4 Wattcycle 12V 314Ah batteries in May 2026 to power my off-grid cottage for over 15KW of storage. they are paired with 4x450 solar panels and outback inverter and charge controller. To date, I am very pleased with their performance as they consistently run the cottage (refrigerator, water pump, air conditioner, air fryer, lights etc.) very well only consuming 20-30% capacity per day with the batteries fully charging to 100% next day with modest sun. A 3-4 week shipping delay is the only reason for not 5 stars, however their customer service was responsive throughout this period. I would certainly use again.

Mihel has been exceptional in his approach and support of the issues I have had with Watt Cycle batteries . Initially purchased 2 / 314 Smart Mini Lithium batteries and connected in parallel in my camper. After 12 months the first one failed. Mihel sorted it all out painlessly. After the first was replaced the original 2nd battery died Or the BMS said it was dead and I had to go through the whole process again, Their use of Allied Express to rural clients leaves a lot to be desired BUT after many back and forth emails it appears to be resolved and the 2nd replacement is on its way. The only contact I have had is through email with Mihel and that contact and support has been 100% We will see how long the new batteries go for. Thank you. AA Hamilton Vic

The 100ah underseat battery broke down after 6 months use but the warranty reclamation worked out without a hitch
Paid return package and new battery arrived promptly.
