Prices were very good. I had to return what I bought because they were not what I was thinking (color and the way the style would look on me), but the quality was great and the shipping easy and straightforward. When I know more about the color and style I’m looking for I’ll try this company again.

I love this company! Not only does it offer high-end wigs in perfect condition, but it cares about treating its steady customers right. My most recent order (another RW Upstage petite, in biscuit) was a tiny bit wonky--I was overcharged for shipping. I got in touch with the company and said I ordered free shipping, nothing special. Unlike most companies that ignore customers, wig outlet.com got back to me and basically said, "We believe you," and refunded the ten bucks. I appreciate the gesture and communication almost as much as I love the wigs I've been buying from this company for years now. Bravo!

I love the prices BUT
I love the prices and the quality of wigs, BUT too often I have received wigs that were not clean and not in perfect condition. My last purchase was dirty and the Makers tag had been removed, it obviously had been worn more than once by the condition and dirt . I washed the wig and conditioned it but it was not wearable and I had to dispose of it as I would not try to return it and some other woman receive it. Other than that Wig Outlet enables me to purchase a wig I could not be able to purchase

so glad I took a chance
First off to get a name brand $315 wig for $160 is an extreme bargain. Secondly it came nicely boxed and netted. Third it was in great shape, but with alot of shine that I had to tame down. I also had to cut the lace in front quite a bit, but all in all I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The delivery only took 2 days and then I got the chance to make it mine.

I have wanted Sky forever! It came very fast. I totally shook the wig right out of the box and put it on. I loved the color, but it seem to lack any thickness on top. It was the last one they had and I was in a situation that I needed a fresh wig. I hope they get them back in stock.

This is my first time ordering a wig
This is my first time ordering a wig. I ordered feature length Raquel Welch which is beautiful.However today I finally decided to try it on and immediately noticed the ends were extremely tangled.I used a wide tooth wig comb and then also noticed 3-4 in.on the ends were extremely dry as if someone used some type of heat on it.Sadly I am now going to have to spend more money in addition to the $300.00 I paid to purchase the wig to find a salon that can maybe fix this issue. I wanted a long wig and now will probably have to have 4inches cut off which Im not happy about.I am extremely disappointed because I thought for the price I was receiving a high quality wig but this to me looks like someone bought it,ruined it and returned it.
