I have been using your wigs for the past two or three years, and I have always been very happy with them. However, I’ve noticed that the quality seems to have declined in my most recent orders. I’ve also found that, although I order the same color every time, the shade I receive is often different. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to return them because my older wigs are no longer usable, so I’ve had no choice but to keep the new ones. I truly enjoy your products and hope that my next order will match the color and quality I originally came to expect. Thank you for your attention.

Styles are great but the reason for…

Styles are great but the reason for returns is it’s so very difficult to trust the colors and not that many blondish colors were available. I’d pay for blonde swatch samples in order to make better decisions. Both wigs are overly big- more hair than most humans have on their head. I would purchase two to three wigs if I was able to pick the colors but many were unavailable. Also, left two messages for customer service and received no responses. I have connection issues when I log onto the site.

Hello, I love everything about wig outlet. Though it is open box everything I have ordered has been top notch and comes to my door FAST. I also love the new live. The host of the live is a cool lady. I want to add there are so many benefits to working with Wig Outlet. Because the items are open box, they are often priced much lower than other retail sites. In addition, if they say the product is in stock, it is really there! I have found in working with other wig sites, the inventory is an issue because they don't have the stock. I am sure mistakes happen at this site, mistakes happen everywhere, but I have not encountered any issues thus far. I have worked with three other sites and have experienced the following issues with all three. One, I have ordered to be informed that the item is not in stock and then offered store credit. I have had one site send me the same email twice stating the construction of the cap was not up to par and now that item is not in stock, let's face it, it was never in stock. I have had another site accept my order only to realize they priced the item too low and cancelled my order. If they had just said we made a mistake on the pricing, I would have probably bought the wig anyway. So, this being said, the only hassle free wig shopping I have experienced has been through wig outlet and two other sites. My best experience hands down is through wig outlet. I almost hate to let the secret out about this little gem of a store! The new lives are fun too. I like that they are not too long. I am hoping they add some kind of giveaway or added discount something fun like this as well! I cannot express how fast the shipping is, I order it and it is on the way! Thank goodness for wig outlet.

Love Rachel W. Winner! I was a bit stunned by the darkness, but found I like it. UPS through the box in a random yard more than a mile away - UPS, not WO. Thank goodness of a neighbor who found it and brought it to me. Price was great, but last I looked upgrading the wig to full mono etc is a no as they do not make in petite.

I am a brand new wig person and it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to purchase. Luckily, I ran across wigoutlet.com! They patiently refunded an expensive topper which I purchased. Had they not, I might have become disheartened about how expensive all this is -- especially when I'm still experimenting! I will do a lot of business with them now that I know my preferences!
