Too many returns
I’ve ordered several wigs and have had to return every single one. That alone has cost me over $60! Two were too blonde, others bad quality.

Please let people know when they order a wig that they will be charged postage for a return. I know you state there is no restocking fee, but the return fee seemed a little high to me considering the package did not weigh that much.

Espirit by Ellen Wille is my favorite. I have purchased her 6 or 7 times in different colors over the last 4 years. My only complaint is that they make one side has nice soft waves, but the other side is almost straight in the front. Every one has been this way, so it's how they make it. Since it's not heat friendly, you can't add any waves. 😢

I appreciate Wig Outlet because of the fabulous deals you can find. Also, the ease of their return process is so MUCH BETTER than other companies I have delt with. The only reason I had to return my wigs are that they didn't fit (my bad)- definitely measure correctly in advance! Great customer service! I will be buying wigs from them for sure in the future!
