I was looking for a specific wig in a specific color and I found it at Wig Outlet. I'm always afraid to order online not knowing if I am going to have to wait weeks or months for my purchase. At wigoutlet.com you know it is available. I received my order in about a week. The wigs and hair pieces are like new (IMO). The prices are reasonable.

Wig Business that’s needs improvements

I am leaving this review based on my experience with both the wig I received and the customer service process that followed. I ordered a wig from Wig Outlet and experienced shipping delays before finally receiving my order. Unfortunately, when the wig arrived, it was damaged. The lace was separating and coming apart right out of the box, making the wig defective upon arrival. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photographs of the damage. After reviewing the photos, management acknowledged the defect and offered a full refund. However, the situation became frustrating when I was informed that I would be responsible for return shipping and that $10.95 would be deducted from my refund. I do not believe customers should be expected to pay return shipping fees when a product arrives damaged through no fault of their own. What makes this even more confusing is that the return instructions I received state that damaged products are not eligible for return, yet I am being instructed to return a damaged product while also being charged for the return. The entire process has been contradictory and unnecessarily difficult. I understand that Wig Outlet is an open-box retailer and a sister company to wigs.com. Open-box merchandise can be a great way to save money, but "open box" should not mean damaged, defective, or inadequately inspected. Customers should still receive products that have been thoroughly checked for defects before being resold. The condition of the wig I received raises serious concerns about quality control. The damage was obvious and should have been identified before the wig was shipped. Receiving a defective wig is disappointing enough, but being asked to pay to return that defective product is even more frustrating. At the time of writing this review, the issue has not been resolved. If the company resolves this matter fairly and appropriately, I will gladly update my review to reflect that outcome. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wig Outlet.

I love this wig! I have purchased 3 of these wigs. This last one I ordered a different color for summer. I like the style, the feel of it, how if fits and the way it looks on me. The sale price was great and the delivery is always quick.

I am so impressed with Wig Outlet! Although this wig wasn't the color I normally buy the price was hard to turn down. My order processed and shipped out promptly. Unfortunately, when the wig arrived, the color wasn't the right match for me. But ... their customer service team was amazing. They responded to my message right away, made the return process completely hassle-free, and issued my refund promptly once they received the wig. Even though this specific color didn't work out, their excellent service earned my trust. I will definitely be buying from them again!
