The windows are just like the sales man…

The windows are just like the sales man showed us. We had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get them. Not happy with the installation. Waiting for some one to come out and check them. The staff and working crew were polite and super nice!

Windows look great

Windows look great, the installers were awesome and did an outstanding job. Price was very reasonable compared with other estimates. Would suggest you at least talk with them before going with someone else.

Horrible install

No issues with the product. Crew showed up when they were supposed to on a day that the rain was monsoon conditions. They assured me they would start on the covered porch windows and wait for the rest. They didn't wait, during the worst of the storm my living room had no windows and was exposed to torrential rain. The windows were installed from the inside rather than the outside which damaged all 23 window sills in my home and now is in need of repairs and paint.( i just had the inside of my home painted less than 6 months ago!). I would like someone to contact me about how to resolve this issue. Adele Maneely

Installation was flawless

Installation was flawless. Installers were meticulous, professional and left the work areas spotless. Windows fit like a glove! Outside noise practically gone while insulating factor is very high.

Nice windows, but very expensive!

The installers were fabulous! They were efficient, clean, and quick! The windows themselves are okay. I'm disappointed there is no finger hold to lift and drop them. There is a slight opening where one of the screens does not go all the way down; it is about a 1/4" opening, enough for bugs to get in.

Great sales pitch, but failed to deliver and went silent.

My experience with Window Nation started strong but ended in major disappointment. The initial salesperson, Jarad Richards, was incredibly polite, highly responsive, and seemed like one of the best in the business. He made big promises to secure the contract. However, they couldn't "walk the talk." After holding my deposit for nearly three weeks, they abruptly cancelled the project because they couldn't fulfill it as agreed. Worse, the moment they realized they couldn't deliver, all communication stopped—Jarad completely went silent and ignored my messages. While I did get my full refund, they wasted three weeks of critical project time. A classic case of over-promising and under-delivering.

The salesman was very polite and helpful with all the questions I had about the window. The installer were very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and cleaned up after them selves.
