Buyer beware. Dot your Is and cross your Ts with WN. My windows are beautiful and the…

The windows are beautiful and the installation was completed without incident. The installation team failed to remove the stickers/labels from each of the 17 windows, however. And the labels are not easily removed, which means I have a difficult task ahead of me to remove them or to pay someone to remove them. Communication with WN representatives prior to my HOA approving the project was pretty good. It has been anything but that since then, however. I was promised $100 Visa gift card if I scheduled my consultation to be held within 48 hours of my initial call to the company. I held up my end of the bargain, but WN has yet to issue the gift card to me or even respond to my inquiries about it. My next-door neighbor had approximately the same number and type of windows installed by WN a few months ago. She paid over $8,000 less than I paid. She pushed back on the original proposed contract price and was offered a much lower price for the same windows. Shame on me, I guess, for not knowing the contract price that I was given was actually negotiable. Also, I do not believe that the “buy four windows, get four windows free” special was applied to my contract. Things moved so quickly with the whole process that I did not realize it at the time of signing my contract. I will never do business with WN again, as they seem to have questionable and deceptive business practices.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are genuinely concerned to learn about the issues you've encountered, particularly regarding the unremoved window labels and the difficulties you're facing in their removal. We understand how frustrating it must be to have this additional task after an installation. We also acknowledge your disappointment with the communication post-HOA approval and the unfulfilled gift card promise. We recognize that this has led to a less than ideal experience. Furthermore, we take your concerns about pricing discrepancies and the application of promotional offers very seriously. We are reviewing your project details to understand why these issues occurred and to ensure that our processes are consistently applied and transparent. We are committed to addressing these points and improving our services.

Avoid at all cost,

Avoid at all cost, The salesman David Roberts arrived earlier in the day the first time and i informed him that i will need to reschedule the appointment. The saleman than showed up pounding on my door after 9pm uninvited. First words out of his mouth can I at least give your a damn quote ! After knowing what I know now about quality windows and actually educated, theirs only one window that you actually get what you paid for and that’s UNIVERSAL WINDOWS DIRECT UniShield. If you don’t believe me then educate yourself on what the NFRC P-1 chamber proved. Simply put I went with Universal Windows Direct and their exclusive Unishield Window. Also the next day I got an email from the manager Richard Hansen at window nation saying how he’s happy to hear I had a great appointment with their rep yesterday, and sent a blind quote completely irrelevant to the scope of work I wanted done. Ya being cussed at door pounding uninvited at 9pm… great appointment right !

BUYER BEWARE: Mixed Review

BUYER BEWARE: I have mixed feelings about Window Nation. I had 14 windows installed in 2023 - the process, cost and installation was excellent, roughly $900/window installed. I referred countless friends because the experience was flawless. Fast forward to 2026 and this has been a NIGHTMARE. I paid over $27,000 dollars for 7 windows & 3 doors installed. I'm left with crappy paint jobs, scrapes on window sills, caulking left on my new bath tub, pieces of wood chunked out and I still had to go to Home Depot (on 2 separate occasions)to buy door knobs (leaving me with 3 different keys just to get in my house from one door...). I called my sales rep, Kyle Scheiwe, who has yet to return my call or email. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDATION WINDOW NATION
