Does not live up to the great reviews
Had read such positive reviews of Faye and what a disappointment. Spent $1,600 on a policy with a cancel for any reason add-on. I had to cancel over a year out and am getting nothing but a runaround in reimbursement. Faye is requesting the same documents that I uploaded with the initial claim and their customer service is difficult to reach and incredibly rude. Would never recommend.

Great App for Keeping Organized
While we didn't need any of the offered insurance, the app was a great organizer of our trip by holding important documents in secure storage, and notifying relatives of our flight statuses.
Faye is horrible - do not believe the fake reviews!
Faye is a horrible company! They tell you what you want to hear but once you need to file a claim, they take forever to respond, if at all and you must repeatedly send the same documents over and over again that you wonder if this is just a delaying tactic on their part? And once they finalize your claim after a long 5+ months, expect to receive only about 5% of your legitimate emergency medical expenses - and WITHOUT any explanation whatsoever. I cannot recommend Faye at this point and believe these positive reviews are fake. Do yourself a favor and read the real reviews which will be all the 1-star reviews from real customers who have had the misfortune of having to deal with their claims process.
