I was recommended this travel insurance company and had heard great things, so unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The policy was presented as offering the ability to cancel for any reason, yet my claim was denied. To make matters worse, it took over a month just to receive the denial. Waiting that long for a decision, only to have the claim rejected despite my understanding of the coverage I purchased, was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience with the claims process, I will be considering a different insurance carrier for future travel.

Uncruise was one of the best trips ever. The boat team on the Safari Quest was fantastic and we were so pleased. Everyone could not have been better. We loved it.

They took 8 weeks and COUNTLESS emails and phone call follow-ups by me to finally get a measly $571.00 claim reimbursed. Would not recommend and will never use again!
