The copper hood defines the kitchen!
We love then copper hood . . . it defines the kitchen! Installation was somewhat difficult for the uninitiated. Since Coppersmith supplied both the hood and fan, predrilled holes and screws would have been helpful. Keep up the good work.
The service and the product is A+++
The service that was provided was excellent. Annie was very helpful, consistently communicative and professional. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional during the sales process. The table is so solid and it seems that it will be a unique centerpiece that will last for decades. It is VERY heavy so one must keep that in mind when considering moving it in after curbside delivery and then any need to move it, like putting a run underneath. It will require several strong people to do this. In any case, I am very happy with the experience and the product. I highly recommend Coppersmith.

Fantastic Service & Product! I'm an interior designer in San Francisco and I had an excellent experience creating a custom copper vent hood for a client. The fact that World CopperSmith isn't local to me yet I was able to get exactly what I wanted, including incredible customer service, really blew me away. I enjoyed not only the process of working with them but the end result as well. I highly recommend working with them!
Excellent Customer Service
A word of thanks and grateful appreciation to Emma Locke of CopperSmith's Customer Service Department. I came to Emma with questions concerning a mysterious stain on a countertop I thought had been manufactured by CopperSmith. It turned out not to have been of their manufacture but Emma was most helping me identify the material (unvarnished brass) and helping me learn how to restore and clean the finish, in may case using Brasso and very fine steel wool (000 grade). The decision and ordering process was made easy by the many resources on World CopperSmith's website. I used photos from their social media, as well as sample finishes ordered off the website to make my final decision.
Beautiful Hood
My house is old so when my wife and I remodeled our home one of the things we decided to add was a range hood. I grew up with a house that has a vent built into the microwave that never worked that great so my experience with range hoods was limited. We looked around at many different brands and models and it was very difficult to find something that fit our home. When doing a full custom remodel the last thing we wanted to do was to settle for a mass produced item. My wife found the CopperSmtih website one evening and saw all the options available. We spent the night, and the next few days, configuring different hoods. The amount of options is unbelievable! There were so many finishes that I had no idea were available. I think they developed their own custom finishes that are not available anyplace else. Many different materials, finishes, and textures are available. It is so easy to configure what you want and you see the product in real time as you make the different configuration choices. With all the options you can get pretty much any color and texture your heart desires. We ended up going with a hood that matched the color of our fireplace mantle to pull the kitchen and living area together. We went with a smooth Bronze Copper body with Matte Brass straps. We placed it on a wall that has white tile behind it and it just pops off the wall! A big statement piece in the kitchen that everyone complements when they see it. Once we decided on our design and placed the order we moved on to the design process. Shortly after we ordered the hood, were provided a CAD drawing with all the measurements of all the dimensions. I gave the CAD to the builders and they were able to use that when completing the kitchen. I had a few questions for the designer and they were answered promptly and accurately that the builders had no issues when installing the hood. So far the hardest (but funnest) part was choosing a design with all the options available. The hood actually arrived earlier than what was quoted so I unpacked it. It was packed securely in a large crate that had plenty of packing material the its safety was guaranteed. It even had white gloves in the crate so when you unpack it and install it you don't get fingerprints on it. The amount of craftsmanship that goes into this thing is outstanding. The curves and angles are prefect, the crown fits seamlessly, the finish is very consistent and even throughout the body. You can tell they have perfected their craft. There are supports that are in place to prevent the body from twisting so it retains it shape. It looks so solid that it looks like it is very heavy but it is actually very light for its size. Everyday the hood is used mostly when cooking but the lighting is great as well. We turn on the LED lights and turn off the main kitchen lights. The hood lights provide plenty of lighting while cooking and also provide light for the kitchen so we don't need to use the overhead lights all the time. it provides very nice subtle lighting that is really nice. The ventilation is amazing! It clears all the smoke and steam that comes from cooking and now the smell of what is being made is contained to a very small area. Gone are the days of the whole house smelling like tacos. There are 3 different blower levels but I rarely need to go any higher than the first level. From simple browning meat to something more aggressive like reducing a sauce, this hood handles everything. It is very easy to maintain. We don't use any harsh chemicals when cleaning, just warm water and a microfiber cloth does the job. The inserts are simple, they slide right out and you just throw them into the dishwasher. This hood is life changing. We cook at home more now with the hood as it make it much more enjoyable. Thank you CopperSmith!
5 Star Experience!
I recently bought a copper dining table from World CopperSmith, and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll admit, I was pretty nervous about making such a big purchase online without seeing it in person. But the sales rep I worked with was fantastic and super patient, answered all my questions, and even sent extra samples to help me feel confident in my choice. Their patience and expertise truly put my mind at ease. When the table arrived, I was completely blown away. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the hand-hammered copper has such a rich, warm tone. The patina gives it this perfect balance of rustic and elegant, and it fits beautifully in my space. It’s also built like a tank, super solid, and clearly made to last. Since getting it, I’ve lost count of how many compliments I’ve received from guests. Everyone who walks in immediately notices the table and asks where I got it, it’s definitely a conversation starter! I love it so much that I’m already looking at matching seating from World CopperSmith to complete the set. Overall, this was such a great experience. The quality, the customer service, and the beauty of the table all exceeded my expectations. If you’re thinking about getting a copper table, do it you won’t regret it!
Amazing build quality
I've had my stainless steel workstation sink for a bit now, and I absolutely LOVE IT! The craftsmanship is incredible, it's built like a tank and must weigh 60 pounds. I just ordered a range hood from them to match the natural stainless steel of the sink. Cannot wait for it to arrive!!

I would recommend going elsewhere for a custom hood and ventilation. I was led to believe that their products are made in America which would justify the cost. They are in fact shipped from over seas. I was reassured over and over that my hood would arrive by a certain date, which it did not. When I asked for a delivery date so i could schedule and coordinate contractors, and appliance delivery copper smith just kept giving me canned responses. I explained to them we needed to lock in our appliance delivery so we can have a functional kitchen before the birth of our first child, they where still not helpful. Their customer service team has a script they stick to to further deceive buyers into thinking they make their product in the US or Europe. The truth is they have no control over when you will get your order because it is packed on a shipping container coming from overseas. At one point their CEO Ryan called me to reassure me I would be happy with the product when it arrives, he was very patronizing and when I asked where the products where made and his business model he quickly changed the subject. When the hood finally arrived the blower was dented and the baffles were gouged and scratched (which to their credit they sent new replacement baffles promptly) The blower itself is very cheaply made, the buttons and baffles rattle when the blower is on. It in no way justifies the cost. The hood looks nice from 10 feet away, when you get close you see the textures are machine made and repeat themselves (kind of like a bad faux distressed finish), when I asked about the finish looking different from the samples I received and website I was told they are "unique finishes" That is not true. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for copper smith to return a call and email to discuss the quality and disappointment in a product that costs a significant amount of money. I would give this company 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Their business is built on deceiving the customer and charging a premium for a non premium product.

Colors Misrepresented on Website
The kitchen hood we received is NOTHING like the website designed CAD drawing our interior designer, contractor, and we approved and ordered. The represented color on the website is not anywhere close to the actual product received. Customer service has done nothing to address our concerns. Be very, very wary of ordering from this company. You may not receive a finished product that looks like what you design. UPDATE 10/25/23: The business, World CopperSmith, has refused to provide any allowances/refund/exchange. They delivered to us a $7,500 kitchen hood that does not look anything like the CopperSmith website designed CAD drawing. This drawing was provided to our contractor, interior designer, and ourselves (homeowner) and order created by the company based on that salesman's CAD drawing. The company has refused to acknowledge their misrepresentation of what the final product would look like, and has refused to do anything to address our concerns. We were required to pay in full, in advance. Obviously a big mistake on our part. I highly discourage any customer from relying on their website product representations when ordering a product from this company.
