I asked wowfare to do seating…
I asked wowfare to do seating assignments for me and I thought the prices were high. I got online and booked seating assignments myself. Less than half hour after my discussion with them I sent message that I had done the seating assignments myself. Several hours later I got a message from southwest my seating had been canceled. Wowfare went in canceled my seating assignments and put me separate from my family. Itold wowfare and they said to basically go pound salt. Southwest was very nice and after 1-1/2 hrs I got myself and family back together. Never ever use wowfare.

Horrible service
Horrible service. The representatives are rude. I booked a flight and they took my money and let me book. So I call to make sure everything is okay and it wasn’t. They never called to tell me or anything. They made it my fault but I paid and did as I should have. They were yelling at me getting smart cancelled my flight after I said don’t. Wouldn’t let me speak to anyone other than him. His name was Jax. And jemm. Yes they are not good for this business. I’m a paying customer and I was treated horribly.
