Many consumers reported feeling trapped due to subscription practices, with charging persisting even after free trials ended or cancellations were attempted. Reviewers frequently mentioned misleading sign-up processes, where users were automatically enrolled in extra subscriptions or faced unseen terms and conditions. However, some people mentioned that assistance was available, with specific instances where customers were offered better tailored plans and received helpful service. A few other people also felt that the software itself could be excellent for creative and business work, and some even enjoyed specific programs.

Adobe Is Attempting to Charge Me After…

Adobe Is Attempting to Charge Me After Trial Cancellation I am extremely disappointed with Adobe's billing practices. I signed up for a trial subscription for AI Assistant for Acrobat and cancelled it within the trial period. Adobe subsequently sent me an email confirming that my cancellation had been successfully processed and that my subscription had been cancelled.Despite this cancellation confirmation, Adobe is still attempting to charge my account approximately $35 USD. I have contacted Adobe support by email and explained the situation, providing evidence of the cancellation confirmation. However, my concerns have not been properly addressed, and the billing issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I expect Adobe to honor its own cancellation confirmation and stop any further billing attempts immediately. I am requesting: Immediate cancellation of any outstanding charges. Written confirmation that no further payments will be collected. A review of Adobe's billing and customer support practices regarding trial subscriptions. This experience has been frustrating and has significantly damaged my trust in Adobe. I hope Adobe resolves this issue promptly and fairly. Sarkhan Mammadov
