I have been an AlarmGrid customer for well over seven years now. I can't say enough about the service and customer support they have provided to me and my family over the meany years of service with them.

He has help me on so many occasions with not only programming issues with my security system but of course all so with any problems I may have had with there Central Station! I trust them with not only mine but my Son's very Life Safety! I would NOT have any issues what so ever highly recommending them and there monitoring company to protect your home or business from any type of alarm! I even refired them for monitoring for my ole place of work.

Pre-sales support is impressive. All questions answered quickly and thoroughly. The activation process couldn’t have gone more smoothly and was completed in a few minutes. The monthly monitoring fee is reasonable.
I am blown away by the high level of service and knowledge. Darrell is a wealth of knowledge and has the patience of a saint. He made this system function as it should and walked me through the more technical aspects. Vista 128 system with multiple partitions. Why would anyone use a different provider? I was a previous customer years ago and had a great experience then. I came back as a customer again based off of that and I was not disappointed. Prices on equipment and service plans are reasonable, service is great (for whatever isn't self-service or otherwise automated, they're quick to follow up with a live person to take care of things), about all I can ask for. Kalen D was prompt and professional and got me squared away with what I couldn't take care of myself.

I have worked with a lot of alarm installers and monitoring stations in US and Europe - way-over-charging, arrogance, vagueness, rudeness, hiding information to preserve their monopolies, has been the norm for decades. AlarmGrid noticed this market-space and is the exact opposite of the classic alarm industry. They go out of their way to help you set up your system, they locate problems you may have missed, they encourage you to do-it-yourself, they show patience for issues/errors you made that they have seen 100's of times. Their fees are very fair and their staff is super-polite with old-fashioned courtesy. Trust is a very, very rare thing these days, but from my experience this company can be trusted.
