Golf clubs purchase

I wanted to buy one piece of golf club but I found that using the Alibaba web site was cumbersome. Anyway I bought my one piece golf club from Shoppee as their site was easier to use.

Sent the wrong ones and now not responding

I asked for tapered tumblers, she sent me a picture of what I wanted and I asked for them. He sent me straight ones and I didn't want them. I've been sending him messages with him to get the right ones and I still don't have the right ones and he's not responding anymore. I'm disappointed in this. He was quick to respond to make a sale, but not to fix their mistake. =(

Cannot use chat anymore

The Alibaba.com chat part is very uncomfortable to use. It used to be very nice tool but now it does not work and it is difficult to be used.

There is a reason why people do not trust China

Their buyer protection service is a huge scam, they will always side with the supplier, even when presented with evidence. You have no protection, once they have your money you will never get a fair resolution.

Always order from hear. Tonight was disappointing half the order was wrong. The pizza was cold and chip soggy,such a shame as usually 5 star

Wonderful company, messaging system needs work

Wonderful company, the site needs to get their messaging system functioning properly. Half the time I was having difficulty getting my correspondence with the company providing my service showing up in the messages tab.

Great purchase, awkward quoting process

While I had a great purchase experience, I did not like the quoting process. I wasn't aware how many emails I would get. It was hard to keep track of who I talked to as all the emails looked very similar. I was able to find a vendor that was a pleasure to work with.

Alibaba Should Fix This ...

Alibaba is generally a good trading platform; however, they need to address Sellers refusing to accept Corporate Business Credit Cards for payments !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor Website & Boring Chat System

It is very useful to source from Alibaba.com. Scammers may disguise themselves as suppliers. However, most manufacturers are honest and cooperative. All you have to do is analyze their profile a bit. Take a look at both their negative and positive reviews. There is something wrong with the website type. The logout happens every ten minutes. You have to log in over and over again. Aside from that, the chat system on Alibaba.com is very boring. You may lose your last messages at times. Errors are numerous in the chat system and the website.

Ali baba's commission is very high.

Functional website, if only just

The sellers I have delt with so far have been good, and I have been able to keep track of my orders despite the long shipping time, the downside is that the website is clunky and a mess, horrible to navigate, would not be buying from here if I had any other options to purchase these items

products not really maching look from photos, but generaly stitching and finishing could be better. I am partly satisfied with products, also they didnt send me real photos before they send produts, just same day some of them anyway, Lina is nice to comunicate and she was helpful

Most suppliers do not respond promptly to inquiries. Much time is wasted with replies that look like "Thank you for contacting me. How can I help you?" when my original contact contained all details needed to provide a quote.

Overall it was a good experience and the only disconnect was that the tax in india was not informed during the sale. I got a message from delivery company that they cleared the shipment and a tax of 560 was levied on my consignment. If it was informed about the tax that would have avoided the confusion.
