The whole experience is a bit overwhelming. The product search is a bit tedious and there is no spell checking on products and many are not spelled correctly, making it difficult to search for the items you want. I haven't used the site many times and maybe it would be easier to use with more experience but it is not a very user friendly site overall for first time users. I did manage to get my order in and received goods. Mostly I think the overall layout of the site could be a little less confusing.

Alibaba keeps trying. But my experience is that they are not interested in dealing with after sales problems once their trade assurance expires. Any warranty issues are discussed by seller and buyer with no help, or very hard to find help from Alibaba. I have warranty claims but have given up. This makes for an unpleasant experience when trying to find products again. Plus, the search alogarithm gets very tiring when trying to find a product, with many unrelated results.
Color did not match our PMS and the gold foil is cut off on one side of our custom design. They said they would redo the color in a new sample that I would have to pay for again and wait for the same amount of money when execution was poor on their end. The only good thing about it was that they respond promptly.

Some of the functions are not working, such as finger lock, Vibration, and sound weak, and there are more.

My experience has been ok with Alibaba. I would say I do not agree with how they allow sellers to take 100% payment before production. I feel like you're left in the blind you have to keep messaging them following up with your orders sometimes I feel like it's half-assed because they're paid upfront. I by far DO NOT think this is fair. I believe a 30-50% deposit is required to start production and the remaining due BEFORE shipping and after "visual" quality checks BEFORE shipping to customers! That's really my only concern. & the shipping needs to be quoted fairly. I would love to see on both ends the price of shipping they really be charging what they want on shipping prices.🥴

The charges for paying with credit card, charged by ALIBABA (not the supplier) were outrageous, while at the beginning you assured they were going to be a lot less.
Received three broken items. The representative said she would credit me for those items on my next order, so I went ahead and ordered two additional cases of different products. Only after I paid, she told me that I did not get the credit because I ordered items that were on sale. She offered to refund the three broken items via PayPal, but I do not use PayPal. She then told me that I could file a dispute if I wanted to. They were aware that there was a problem. I only ordered again because a refund was offered as a credit on my next purchase. Otherwise, I would have waited to see if a different resolution was offered and fulfilled before trusting the company again. Instead, I will not be purchasing from "May Cherry C" again. I value honesty above all else. When she offered a credit on my next purchase for cost of the three broken items, she should have kept her promise. I don't like to write bad reviews.
I give 2 stars because I have bought some stuffs that really works ,but just 2 weeks ago I have the worse experience ever, then a supplier used picture for reviews that’s was stolen from a skincare, story is too long the product damaged me beyond repair, I have filed for refund 20mins ago, and I sent all evidence including my damaged skin, hopefully I get my full refund,I pray Alibaba do it right this time
The shirt mock up looked great. The final, received product did not match the mock up. Once I reached supplier, they became very unprofessional. The collar was supposed to be white, instead, it is the same color as the rest of the shirt, which makes it too "busy".

Unfortunately it seems that Alibaba suppliers cannot meet delivery schedules. I have had many more cancelled orders than delivered. With Xmas rush almost in its full swing I think that smaller orders are placed at the back of the queue. I cannot recommend Alibaba for your UK order import requirements. All my activity has now ceased with them and I will use more reliable alternatives. Update: Furthermore, if the supplier does not honour the transaction you, the buyer, still has to pay the transaction fee. Which is a percentage of the order. For safe and reliable transactions use another platform.
