Ordered an $18 aluminum flag pole. Sucked up the $17 shipping charge as I understand the premium for an oversized item (6’); but didn’t realize that there was an additional $20 “minimum order fee” until after I hit the Pay Now button. That’s BS; if you need to charge more for a single item, reflect that in your item pricing, don’t bury it in a surcharge at the end of the transaction. Needless to say, I won’t be a returning customer.
