I ordered shoes and sized up as they state on their website, the shoes are still too small. They won’t refund the diabolical amount they charge for shipping for a shoe that weighs no more than 1lb and they only ship ground AND You have to pay to ship them back because THEIR recommended sizing up is WRONG! I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR MY DAUGHTERS BAND SHOES!!!!
