I have never paid $20 to ship shoes
I have never paid $20 to ship shoes. That is CRAZY. But, my kid has to have them and I feel like they know this and scam the shipping. Editing: after their reply justifying shipping- I should add thag i ship things for a living. Even with USPS raising their rates twice this year, shipping one pair of shoes still wouldnt cost $20 because anything over a pound is actually CHEAPER. Businesses take advantage when they know they have a product that cant be found other places.

While the shipping was expensive, the product I ordered (Korg in-ear metronome pair) was at a fair, decent price, which kind of made up for it.

No Exchanges allowed
Used the Fit guid on the website and then added the 1/2 size more that they suggested, when shoes arrived were still to small. when i called to return them and exchange them was told they dont do exchanges and that return shipping was on me and then had to pay to ship the new pair, paid over 60$ in shipping for 60$ shoes

Shipping fee is ridiculous...
We have not received the gloves yet and have no doubt they will be acceptable. I do want to point out for others that the shipping is ridiculous. I paid more for shipping than the actual product. Which is a product that can be shipped in an envelope and doesn’t need a lot if protection as it is not fragile.

Ridiculous shipping cost
Being charged $20 for the slowest shipping option available is absurd. Also, there should be some sort of size guide other than “size down”… My daughter wears different sizes based on different shoe brands so I guess we’ll just hold our breath and hope this was $100 well spent. SMH.
