It’s been 8 days since I ordered and all that’s happened is a shipping label was created. I’d expect things would move a bit faster since I paid almost as much for shipping as I did for the item and how can I give an honest opinion on my experience before the item has shipped

Very easy process to find the battery you need, fast shipping, all around great experience. Been using Battery Mart for years and never been disappointed.

Order battery on a Friday afternoon and it was at my door “with regular shipping” Monday afternoon. The web site was also very accurate and easy to use.
Batterymart is the only battery supplier we use for our motorcycle shop. The Big Crank line and moto batt and others are top of the line. Delivery is fast, and the batteries are packed very well. We never get a broken or cracked battery case.
Battery Mart was very quick to respond, as my initial crimper had a defective spring, and after sending pics they emailed a return label. After receiving a second crimper, I had to make a call requesting a full refund, as the second one got damaged in shipping. Battery Mart was quick to email a return label after I sent them pics of the damage. The manufacturer (Quick Crimp) of the crimper does not adequately package their products to insure they arrive undamaged, which is something Battery Mart should rectify in order to properly serve their customers. I did make a few calls to Battery Mart to expedite my full refund, once the crimper was returned.
