I was not made aware of one of the item being sold out. I only got a note with my package informing me of a store credit that I have to contact the store to be able to use. I would have rather known before shipping that one item was missing and given the opportunity to get a refund or a replacement. Also, a discount code would have been an easier way to use the refund than having to get in touch with someone.

I actually love the lip ring and nose ring but I cannot get either one in!!!! Very frustrating!!! Once you take it apart and go to put in the other piece is to damn small to put back on. I’ve tried numerous times and can not get it.

Great quality of products. They're beautiful. International orders take a little long, but that is expected. But i wasn't provided with a tracking number for the international part of the delivery. I was only given a tracking number for body candy's webpage, which, once the package left the US, didn't show any movement. That made me nervous since I thought the package had been lost or something bc it showed no movement in like 3 weeks. I contacted Bodycandy to ask about this, and only received a bot answer saying I should wait for a month to pass. After the month mark had been reached, I emailed them again, and since the month had passed, I could finally get an actual person to look into my case and give me an answer. They finally gave anither webpage where I could track the package in the international part of the journey, showing it had been moving all that time, and the package arrived a few days later. The service was good, but I would have liked to have this other webpage to track my package since the beginning/when the package left the US, and also would have liked to received this info from an actual person on the email, instead of receiving a bot answer and having to wait a month to receive the tracking info
My first package came a bit water damaged and and within 12 hours of my reporting that a replacement was sent. The bot I chatted with before I was escalated to a person was competent and forthcoming about being a bot and limited in what it was able to do. The layout of the website is neat and well done

The jewelry is beautiful- unfortunately I did not take their advice to measure my nostril for sizing so all 3 hoops were WAY too small. I’d re-order but I had to pay a hefty customs charge and it would just be a bit too expensive. Gorgeous pieces though!
