My experience was good even when i thought i wasnt gettimg my order, their customer service emailed there quick response reassuring me and then it arrived. My only thing was shipping was too long 4 weeks. But other than that was great.

The fact that two of my earrings split and I didn’t clean them or anything but twisted them on too tight? They sent new ones but it’s best to get their silver products, im unsure but it’s a guess.

The quality of the items could be improved. I went to open the nose ring to put it in my nose, and it bent out of shape. It would be better if the nose rings had a hinge so they could open and close. Also need a wider selection of 18-gauge nose rings. I don't like the L-shaped nose rings as they fall out very easily.

The little tool is actually terrible
The little tool is actually terrible The gem is too small and gets pulled inside the second you stop holding that part tightly. But I can't hold it in the right spot and turn it around and around. So I haven't worn that nose ring yet. I just can't make the grabber tool work for that small of a gem.
