Most of the jewelry turned my skin green. Two of the items are so bulky that they're not able to be worn - the butterfly was so heavy that it wouldn't remain in place, it just dropped to cover my nostril.

False amounts on customs forms and no support
After my order crossed over into Canada and taxes were calculated, I realized a mistake must have been made in the customs declaration due to the tax portion being nearly double what it should have been. I reached out to Body Candy after I had the chance to see what the details were on the declaration form- their customer service was dismissive and condescending and responded with a broken link for how to calculate tax. (Which also confirmed I had been overcharged) I have not received my order since it has to be sent back for reprocessing and appeal
Jewelry fragile
This company is amazing and has amazing deals. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is that the flat back ear jewelry whenever you try to give it a little pinch to tighten it, it gets fragile and falls apart :((
Not worth the $$
They used to have quality jewelry but this last order I just threw out. The nose rings were supposed to be 5/16, but were half the size of my 5/16 septum. Very flimsy, looks like its made for a little kid. Labret piercings would not unscrew. And 1 piercing was just laying in the bottom of the big package, the little pkg was ripped open. Dont offer cash refund just store credit. Buying elsewhere

The jewellry itself is lovely
The jewellry itself is lovely, getting the second jewel on was a total nightmare. The stone to screw is too tiny to use your fingers and the grabbing tool just dropped the stone as soon as it was in place. I had to get a friend to do it for me after a long time trying to do it myself.

I had some shipping issues which adds to the overall experience, but I finally got my music note plugs. I've been eyeing them for a while but to my surprise, it's obvious the print was printed on with A.I. Its so sad and it's clear BC dropships most their stuff, but A.I? Leaves a bad taste in my mouth, im glad I didn't pay full price.
