The most pleasant mortgage experience I've ever had. We went from application to closing in 27 days. Their system was easy to use and everyone we dealt with was pleasant, responsive,and professional. There was some redundancy in their request for information, but a small price to pay for the overall ease of the process. I would definitely use them again.

The Cap Center team handled our case quite well. There were times where we were told what items were needed for closing, which later changed. Additional items were requested after we thought all had been submitted. Due to beyond-control- situations, we wondered if we would close on time. The closing was complete the day scheduled. Cap Center kept on-top-of our case and we got it done. We are likely to use Cap Center in the future.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life of 55 years. I went from consolidating debt (one credit card) and cashing out equity for home repairs. Started with 25000.00 debt consolidation and 25000.00 cash at closing to owing THEM 640.00 and paying off One credit card (the only one I had) This was a period of 5 months I have lived in my house for 22 years. I work two jobs at which I been employed first job 19 years second job 6 years. I have never missed a payment or been late for any payment in my 55 years. They continually ask week after week after week for pay stubs w2s employment verification etc etc etc. I rather make a deal with the devil than too deal with this company. Buyer BEWARE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at CapCenter was respectful and willing to take the time to help me with any questions I had. They did guide me through the process with patience and understanding. They made sure that I had all necessary document's needed..Andy was a huge help in helping me figure out a few things .... they guided me through each step to make sure the closing was smooth and no surprisees at the end....which it was.

CapCenter…is the one…#1! My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with Taylor, Alex, and Josh. Their levels of expertise made the transaction of our new home seamless and smooth.
