The entire CapCenter Team, including the real estate agent enabling my search for a new home, the loan consultant who got me the best rate possible for me and concisely explained my loan terms, the insurance consultant who combined my auto and home insurance to get me a better rate, and the closing agent who walked me through the closing process, were extremely helpful, answered any questions I had, and were easy to work with. They all made my first home buying experience better and easier than I thought it would be.

Andy Latham is my Mortgage Hero! He took the steps to ensure ML fixed a typo on their part, got my money refunded, and he made sure they provided the documentation explaining the typo so I could close on time before incurring extra fees! Carla Bryson was phenomenal as well and I am going to be coming back to her for closing and other legal services in the future. Overall... I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be returning to Cap Center in the future.
