The Laptop's DONT HAVE WARRATY AND NO PARTS BACK UP AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Laptop's /Computers are ok , But trust me if something goes rong , and IT will with Chuwi , There is no customer support , and I doubt any warrany, stay well clear , as they are designed to last about just over a year. Faulty Battries faulty screens , Connection cables break easly ,and absoutley no parts back up . Also a lot of software issues form very suspect coppies of WINDOWS , that Microsoft dont reconise . The old saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH CHUWI FOR YEARS .

I was ripped off by £17.58

I purchased the MiniBook X 10.8" on Chuwi.com with order #20347. My order was cancelled because the laptop was in Japanese keyboard. I paid £289.61 but they only refunded £272.03 ripping me off by £17.58. I contacted the store to paid the balance back but they talk about interest rate which the pound has gained more the the dollar. Chuwi is a good company but those working are thieves. I won't advise people to use their online store. It'll be better buying their product using online market such as Amazon.

Scam, usb c port removed without noticed

Hello, I'm very disappointed! This mininPc was sold originally with usb c port. At arrival, I realized that usb c port was removed without any prior notice. Therefore, the product I expected to receive is not the same one. This is scam to keep same product name and remove some important features. I kept the pc in the basket until it was back available, I could not be aware that some feature has been removed!

Good for the price. Not for long term ownership.

Awesome product... for the first several months. Then things started glitching. I cleaned everything, ran virus etc. scans, and reinstalled windows. Better for a few weeks, then more glitches. So it's getting more and more frustrating to use, but I figure hey, it was only $250... That having been said, it blue-screened at 9 months while I was doing nothing in particular, now won't boot or reset.
