The customer service was really fast. They even notified me when the stylus I ordered was incompatible with the tablet I bought alongside it. So they literally saved me from spending excessively.

I ordered a tablet from Chuwi international site. First the downsides delivery took around 2 weeks, tracking asks you to use the shop app from Shopify which requires access to your emails to function. Due to the price not reaching the free delivery threshold I had to pay for delivery. Delivery was via evri. The price was charged in US dollars. When I checked the EU website it suggests going to the international website. The upsides; I wasn't sure or concerned about a charger and cable but this came in the box with the power brick being suitable for UK use. The tablet was packed in a secure air filled protective sleeve. The tablet packaging was simple yet good quality and the tablet itself appears of good quality and as described on the website. It came around 70% charged. I've not seen any English speaking video reviews to know what to expect. The speakers may be a little tiny for music, sounds fine for spoken video etc though. The speaker grill looks to be slightly inspired by a fruit company. This is only an initial observation especially since I have not checked all of the functions etc. Most of the negative points are around the delivery and not of the tablet itself. Now I just need to find a protective case.

DHL Express is a wrong choice for delivery to Serbia
Because the store chose DHL Express for delivery to Serbia, I never received my tablet. DHL demanded a bunch of documents, then some more, and the tablet is still stuck in customs somewhere. I don't understand what's going on and I'm not sure I'll even be able to receive my product. But I'm sure that if I order the same device from the CHUWI store on AliExpress, I'll definitely receive it by regular mail.

Im reaching out to CHUWI THROUGH EBay. All my messages. Good day! I purchased my laptop in September of 2024 on EBay. What is my warranty status when I purchased laptop? Where is my warranty booklet? How long is the laptop warranty for. Im having problems with the keyboard. The key caps next to backspace. The number lock key is not working. Also when I press fn to turn number lock off/ on it doesn’t work. Im also having an issue the number 9 repeatedly repeats on all search bar setting. Google search bar any seat bar it shows up as 999999999999999999999999. There maybe a hardware or software issue. Also I need my product key reset or sent back to me when I purchase with product key. I also need to reinstall the product key back into the computer. I tried to upgrade the laptop and may have not updated What are you going to do about the product I purchased. You not giving me any resolution and I’m telling you and tying for my health. You are responding late. So what Im going to do is warn the public on google about this product brand CHUWI and report the product to consumer affairs it’s defective after 11 months not even a year. CHUWI REPLIED: Thank you for your reply, so did you re-install the Windows system by yourself? I sent the pictures of warning sign they didn’t give any resolution or quicker response. empty promises, false descriptions, bad service
i bought what was advertised as an AMD Ryzen, AMD did not recognise it as such. After a few months it started crashing and restarting. i should have sent it back, but it had my win11 and office pro on it, with a lot of my data, so i tried new memory, disc etc. eventually i paid to send it back to china for repair. since then i have empty promises about when i would get it back. now i don't even get them. Avoid.
