What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently mention that the digital passes are extremely easy to use, highly convenient, and provide fantastic value for money compared to purchasing individual attraction tickets. Consumers also appreciate being able to securely book visits in advance, easily skip long queues at major tourist destinations, and smoothly modify their reservations whenever needed. However, some people mentioned encountering extra charges or unexpected financial costs at certain venues during their travels. Reviewers noted that paying additional money for specific upgrades or services made certain experiences less budget-friendly than initially anticipated.

Easy to purchase and understand…

Easy to purchase and understand options. Some options include a selection of date and some times. Saved money with this and everything worked out as planned. You can also make changes 24 hrs ahead if they have openings that work better for you… e.g., a rainy day. Recommended usage!

Great for our trip to Atlanta

We were planning our trip to Atlanta, Georgia, specifically to go to the aquarium. I found CityPass while looking at tickets and we decided that was the best route because we could do a lot of activities for a lower price. We were in Georgia for five days, so we went to the Coke museum and the civil rights museum in one day, aquarium one day, Fernbank museum one day, then the zoo. We also visited the botanical gardens which would have been nice to be included in the package. All in all, it was a great deal and we were able to visit each place for roughly $20 a person. Well worth it and using the tickets was very easy! Planning to use again in other locations.

Travelling on my own.

First of all, getting a 50% discount from original prices is wonderful when you're travelling on a budget. Second, attractions included are the most important ones, and it helps to plan better. Finally, you might include a bus tour in the basic offer. I really enjoyed my trip to Chicago.

If you’re thinking about it, just buy it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our CityPASS and were able to make it to five of the different Chicago locations. We reserved spots at some of them ahead of time through the app and were admitted to each with ease upon arrival. We also were able to easily select the add ons when we arrived (ex the 4D movie at Shedd Aquarium). We would not hesitate to purchase these passes again when we’re back in the area!

We had a great experience with the Atlanta CityPASS! It was an easy and convenient way to visit several of Atlanta’s top attractions while saving money. The attractions were amazing, and having everything organized in one pass made our trip much more enjoyable. Definitely worth it and highly recommended!

Almost a perfect trip

Loved using the app! We enjoyed the Natural History Museum, Empire State Building, 9/11 Museum, and the Statue of Liberty. The Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center was another story. With a timed entrance ticket we still had to wait a long time to get up. Then once we were there it was next to impossible to move. There were so many people you couldn't see anything. No chance to get any decent pictures. After a few minutes of being shoved around we had to get into another long line to take the elevator back down. A very disappointing experience.

Pay attention when booking, but no regrets

Except Birch Aquarium where we had to go to the ticket office first then we could redeem our passes, CityPass in San Diego was really a great option for us since we were heading to as many places CityPass had tickets for. This made traveling easier only one person needed to have the tickets for everyone. We all were able to get into our locations and enjoy the experiences. I would say keep an eye when booking, I thought I had gotten a SeaWorld + 2 locations, turns out I had booked SeaWorld, Zoo/Safari Park, +3 more locations. I regret not using the last pass before we had to leave. Overall, I would use CityPass again in a place like San Diego where there are multiple close venues that would warrant a full day trip for each.

Great Experience with CityPASS Toronto

We had a great experience using CityPASS during our trip to Toronto! It was an easy and convenient way to visit five of the city’s top attractions, including the CN Tower. Booking the tickets was very simple, and everything was well organized, which made our trip much more enjoyable. I’m really happy we chose CityPASS and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto. It’s a great way to save time and money while seeing some amazing places in the city. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
