What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently mention that the digital passes are extremely easy to use, highly convenient, and provide fantastic value for money compared to purchasing individual attraction tickets. Consumers also appreciate being able to securely book visits in advance, easily skip long queues at major tourist destinations, and smoothly modify their reservations whenever needed. However, some people mentioned encountering extra charges or unexpected financial costs at certain venues during their travels. Reviewers noted that paying additional money for specific upgrades or services made certain experiences less budget-friendly than initially anticipated.

What people say

CityPass is a must

CityPass is a must! We got the one for our trip to Chicago and it was a time and money saver. I really appreciate how you can easily book ahead, skip lines, etc. For example, when we went to the Art Insititute, the lines were out to the street. We walked right in. Easy peasy. The app is super helpful and easy to use. We will definitely look into CityPass on our next vacation.

Multiple purchases on app make entry difficult

app did not allow seamless entry at attractions if passes were purchased at different times. Made entry when others were waiting very awkward and rushed

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the app didn't work well for you. CityPASS tickets purchased together will have reservations made together, and only the purchaser will need to present tickets in the app for everyone in that party to enter together. CityPASS tickets purchased separately each need their own reservation made, and each purchaser will need to present their tickets individually to enter. If tickets were purchased separately and have not been used, each purchaser could request a refund, and then one person could repurchase the tickets together in one order so that reservations for all could be made together. I hope that helps!

Beware of inaccurate info on the app!

We had C3 Chicago passes—the City Pass app says that timed entry reservations are recommended but NOT required for the Shedd Aquarium. We went without reservations and found out that reservations are indeed required. We had to wait around for the next available ticket time. We ended up strolling around the banks of the lake nearby while we waited but would have appreciated having accurate information in advance as we had made plans already for some other things that afternoon and that threw the timing of everything off.

Thank you for your review. Shedd Aquarium does not require reservations for CityPASS guests, but does highly recommend them. We apologize that you had to wait for the next available ticket time, and we'll pass this feedback on to Shedd.
