Great deal for all the main attractions for families! Very easy to use. We were able to book for timed events quickly in the app. No issues scanning our passes at any locations. App makes it easy to track use of the pass and see options for attractions. Would highly recommend.

City Pass said that we went on a tour that we did not go on and used it against us. So we were cheated out of one of our passes.

We're sorry we weren't able to accommodate your request for a refund. Since your reservation was rebooked for the other location directly at the Shoreline Cruises ticket booth, we did not have access to your reservation to cancel. When we requested that Shoreline cancel your reservation, they informed us that your ticket had been redeemed. Unfortunately, even if you didn't go on the cruise, if your ticket was not canceled at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved time, the ticket is considered used, as someone else was not able to take that spot.

Highly recommend CityPASS for NYC!
We used CityPASS for our whole trip to New York and honestly it made things so much easier. We got tickets for the Empire State Building, the Natural History Museum, and the cruise to the Statue of Liberty, all booked ahead of time which was great. What I really liked was that if plans changed, we could reschedule or cancel our time slots without any hassle. That flexibility made a big difference, we weren’t stressed about sticking to a fixed schedule the whole trip. Overall it just made everything simpler and let us actually enjoy the city instead of worrying about logistics. New York is an amazing city and this made seeing it so much easier. Would definitely use CityPASS again.

This was a good way to save a little money. And when there was cloudy, foggy weather, CityPass worked with us to reschedule for a day/night when the weather was beautiful. Side note: If you are a veteran of the U.S. military, check to see if there are discounts at venues/events you’d like to see and then purchase your CityPass for the venues/events that do NOT offer a veterans discounted ticket price. It was great, but the weather did not hold up for me to go to kamra continue to enjoy the outdoors activities at the aquarium it would be nice if I could get a rain check on those 2 places, but I'll wait until next year when my grandmother comes to visit again. But the experience of the art museum and everywhere else inside was great

The CityPass is great way to a city and save a good deal of money in the process. The CityPass is associated with the most popular attractions. If you are going to visit just two or three of the attractions the pass pays for itself. In addition, you can book in advance when you want to visit.

Easy to use digital pass. All the venues were familiar with it. If you go to Atlanta (like we did), be sure to visit the Center for Civil and Human Rights. It’s an extraordinary, interactive museum and included on the CityPass.
Easy & a Great Deal
Easy to buy, use, and was a wonderful deal. Everything went smooth when using the ticket and it was a great price. We bought 2 days Disney and Universal 1 day - got the 2nd free and the ticked to Sea world and San Diego zoo.

Overall the City Pass worked great for us. A couple of constructive offerings: 1. The Space Needle pass indicated we would get a discount at the Chihuly Museum but they didn't honor it. Disappointing. 2. It would be nice to recommend best hours for visiting the Zoo. We went mid-day and a lot of the animals were not out...having siesta. Everything else was great and easy to use
