I got these passes for me and my son age 13… was so easy to use just booked our time slots on the app on the same day we wanted to do the attraction (was worried would have to have it all pre planned as we like to go with the flow- but was not the case always loads of time slots available same day) excellent value for money and felt kept us busy and great way to learn in the museums and experience rooftops overlooking NYC ⭐️

We got City Pass for our family vacation. It came with 10 options, and we did all of them. Reserving times was simple, and using the app made everything super simple. I would highly recommend anyone visiting New York to get a pass. It saves you money and gives you plenty to see. If you do some research and map out your trip, you can see other things inbetween stops.

The app is very friendly to use. We used it to purchase in advance tickets for Toronto attractions. I previously checked and turned out to be a very good deal vs purchasing separately. We had no problems to discharge the tickets or to change time/ date for those sites that required previous reservation.

If you're looking to do the events that CityPass offers, this is a great deal! We went to all of the sites that we wanted to, without the hassle and expense of paying for them all separately.
CityPASS for a Chicago trip
We purchased our CityPASSes for a long weekend trip to Chicago in June 2026. We went for the higher priced version so we could include 5 activities (although we actually fit in a 6th). The PASS was so easy to use. I downloaded the app and was able to quickly reserve tickets when needed for reserved tickets- like the Architecture Boat Tour or the Art Museum. I could do this days in advance for some, while simply show my ticket for others and be immediately allowed entrance. There were express lines at some of the locations to allow even faster entrance. My only criticism is that with the PASS there are automatically two places included and then your choice of 3 others. Very inconvenient since I would have preferred to have made ALL my own choices without having to sacrifice one of the options for something I would rather have skipped ( it caused me to have to pay full price at the 6th place that I would have chosen instead of one "included"). HOWEVER, the pricing makes it a MUST HAVE when traveling to a city like Chicago.
