Ridiculous that the $300 deposit is…
Ridiculous that the $300 deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. My RV rental was scheduled in 3 months and cancelled well in advance, yet I can’t get that money back.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with Cruise America. After a minor incident (water in the fuel tank), we acted responsibly and did not start the engine. A local RV technician confirmed that a simple fuel drain would solve the issue. Cruise America refused this solution without justification and imposed over $6,200 in charges (transport + repair) without even inspecting the vehicle first. This resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and a ruined part of our trip. The local manager refused to discuss the situation and dismissed our concerns entirely. This is not acceptable customer service and shows a clear lack of responsibility and fairness.
